Natalie, did her thing!! Natalie listened to what we needed, she found great options but she found us a house that gave what we needed & more!! Not to mention, she was working with four of us, so for her to find a house we all loved was a blessing. I would definitely recommend Natalie, she is great to work with, great listener, patient, professional & knowledgeable.

I have purchased not one, but two homes with Kevin because he's really just that awesome. This guy knows the areas all around Austin, is familiar with all the details you wouldn't even consider, knows the professionals in and connected to the realty business, and seems to have information about just everything! He's super laid back and easy to talk to and work with. He's a dad and a family guy so he really gets why a house is important to a family and why different aspects mean different things to families (for us a school district with a good SPED program for my son with special needs). He steered us away from things that wouldn't be beneficial to us and wasn't focused on only "making the sell." He really worked with us and found the right home for our family! Plus, he listens to great music, likes good food, and is all around a super cool guy! Do yourself a favor and call Kevin!

He was very professional, really engaged with us, and easy to connect with. When he was unable to spend time showing us house due to other conflicts, he assigned someone to help make sure we got into homes and made offers in a timely fashion. Once we decided to build a home, he stayed in close contact with us and ensured we were getting our needs met. Most importantly, when the construction timeline fell significantly behind schedule, he advocated for us to ensure things got back on track. Even after closing, Kevin has checked in a few times to ensure things are as we had hoped they would be. Overall, we had a great experience with Kevin.

Our agent was Angele Moyseos. We couldn't have picked a better one if we tried. One of the kindest, most patient, and knowledgeable persons. We worked with her for about a year - and she always stayed in touch, kept us up to date on the market, and made sure we were the first to know when
something she knew we would like popped up. She really did help us find the best home for us. We were first time home buyers, so the process was of course brand new to us. She answered all of our questions, and helped us make the best and most informed decisions. She was genuinely excited for us when we finally did close on a home

Where do I start? Angele Moysesos has to be the model for real estate agents. She was professional, compassionate, direct when needed, informed and always helpful, and a great listener. There is a comfort about Angele that instantly lets you get about the business of finding or selling a house. I would use her services many times over if ever I buy or sell a home again.

I have now worked with Cristina on 3 transactions: she helped me purchase my first home 6 years ago, then helped me find a new place and sell the other one this year. There are two important things to know about Cristina: she knows her stuff (like REALLY knows it) and she is an educator at heart. I knew nothing about purchasing a home and she guided me through every step, teaching me at every turn so that I could make the best possible decision. She is patient and positive, and she kept my hopes alive when I thought I would NEVER find the right place. She was right, eventually we found the perfect home and Cristina wrote an offer that put us at the front of the pack. In fact, the woman who sold us the home was a realtor, and she told us there were a lot of offers, and that we got the house because Cristina put together an offer that no one could compete with. Dina Flores did a fantastic job. After past experiences in other markets, I approached this home buying process with a lot of skepticism and questions. Dina made the process easy - helping us understand the market and all the technical pieces of the process. She also connected us with great professionals who assisted us in the transaction. Honestly, for me this is hands down the best real estate agency in the country. I've done 17 personal real estate transactions in many locations across many states and this team is the best by a mile and sets the bar very high. Since we were relocating to Austin, I was looking for a broker that would be more responsive and give us a better level of customer service. Eric and his team exceeded our expectations. I moved to the US from Europe and had no idea how home buying works in the US. I quickly realized that I needed a realtor. I made an online search and listed out the top 5 highest rated real estate agencies in my area. Bailey at Bramlett Partners was the most helpful and responsive of all, so I decided to embark on the journey with her. She was very knowledgeable, had the patience to answer all my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process. We are relocating from Iowa to Austin. We have had a chance to work with Eric and Bailey. We were initially planning on buying a house and I was impressed by Eric's flexible mind set and no pressure approach. We decided to rent instead and we were helped in an outstanding way. I MUST shout to the world that this is the BEST REAL ESTATE company to ever go through. I thought that selling my house would be stressful but Bailey Moran from Bramlett Partners  made it literally SO easy that I never had to lift a finger or even think about what the next step was.
