Natalie Mata is an excellent person. She is very professional and knowledgeable, always on top of the market. She is a real person who understands life situations.

My husband and me worked with Carlos to buy our first home. Since we were first time home buyers and very new to the process he was great about walking us through the process and answering any questions while offering great advice and feedback. Carlos is super responsive, even helping us put in an offer at 11pm at night and made sure that he was helping us get the best deal possible and just made our first time home buying experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and my husband and me would definitely work with him again if/when the opportunity arises.

I can’t say enough good things about Annie Castro. She’s been incredibly helpful and might I add very patient with my fiancé and I as we navigate our way through figuring out what we want in a home. We’re looking for that needle in the haystack (right price, right location, right size, right style, right layout, etc.) and after 6 months, she has not given up on us and continues to deliver the same service as she did on day one. Since I still reside in my starter home, I have not worked with a realtor since 1976! A very long time ago. Elle was spectacular to work with, primarily because her personality meshed with mine immediately. Sometimes in life, you get to work with people you like, sometimes you get to work with people who know what they are doing. Elle has both of those qualities and what a joy. She knew how to talk to me when I was seriously a wreck whether she knew it or not. She was always there for me if not right away, quickly thereafter. There were many things she did for me that I can't imagine another realtor doing. Her suggestions were on point and given to me in an assuring manner. I wholeheartedly refer Elle to anyone who needs a realtor with knowledge and a heart.

I have purchased not one, but two homes with Kevin because he's really just that awesome. This guy knows the areas all around Austin, is familiar with all the details you wouldn't even consider, knows the professionals in and connected to the realty business, and seems to have information about just everything! He's super laid back and easy to talk to and work with. He's a dad and a family guy so he really gets why a house is important to a family and why different aspects mean different things to families (for us a school district with a good SPED program for my son with special needs). He steered us away from things that wouldn't be beneficial to us and wasn't focused on only "making the sell." He really worked with us and found the right home for our family! Plus, he listens to great music, likes good food, and is all around a super cool guy! Do yourself a favor and call Kevin!

He was very professional, really engaged with us, and easy to connect with. When he was unable to spend time showing us house due to other conflicts, he assigned someone to help make sure we got into homes and made offers in a timely fashion. Once we decided to build a home, he stayed in close contact with us and ensured we were getting our needs met. Most importantly, when the construction timeline fell significantly behind schedule, he advocated for us to ensure things got back on track. Even after closing, Kevin has checked in a few times to ensure things are as we had hoped they would be. Overall, we had a great experience with Kevin.

Drew was great every step of the way. This was my first time buying a house, and I had no idea what I was really getting myself into. Drew helped me navigate the entire process, was always willing to go walk properties on short notice, and is super knowledgeable about the market and the city of Austin. Drew never tried to push me into or out of making an offer, instead he took the time to walk through the pros and cons and help me figure out what I wanted.
