Kevin was awesome 7 years ago when we bought our home and I promised him if we ever sold, he would be the guy we called. So we started chatting around July about potentially selling in 4Q. His presentation of the home was top-notch, and he negotiated a great deal for us. Most importantly, I trust Kevin. Completely. He is incredibly insightful and his knowledge of the market was spot on. We leased a townhome. But in a year, if we decide to purchase again anywhere in the area, we’ll call Kevin.

I have now worked with Cristina on 3 transactions: she helped me purchase my first home 6 years ago, then helped me find a new place and sell the other one this year. There are two important things to know about Cristina: she knows her stuff (like REALLY knows it) and she is an educator at heart. She is patient and positive, and she kept my hopes alive when I thought I would NEVER find the right place. In fact, the woman who sold us the home was a realtor, and she told us there were a lot of offers, and that we got the house because Cristina put together an offer that no one could compete with.
