Natalie is amazing at what she does. She stuck with us through all the ups and downs during our home buying process. We’ve been in our home for 1year now and Natalie still checks in and send guides on things we need to know. She also reached out to our builder when he wouldn’t respond to us. If we ever decide to sell or buy again most definitely will contact her. Thank you Natalie for helping us buy our forever home.

Since I'm no longer on air, I can finally show my support for people, groups, businesses and such without having to worry about bosses. This week I'll be posting some of my favorite. If you're looking for a realtor in Austin, Elle Klein Garrison is someone you have to consider. As a first time home buyer, she made the process simple, years ago. And she's just a sweet, patient, all around person.

I’ve purchased three homes in my lifetime and Christie Stephens is by far the best agent I’ve known or worked with. Born and raised in Waco, she knows all the ins and outs, the up and coming areas, the value in school districts, the value in the houses, and most importantly, where I wanted to be. The house she found me in Central Waco, so close to Castle Heights, is my dream home. A nicely up-kept 1930s beauty with a backyard for entertaining better than all the neighbors. Knowing the real estate world a little myself, Christie was more than patient with me as I’m extremely picky and know just what I want. She took the time to answer all my questions and like a networking queen, had her people on the line in the snap of a finger, answering any question or solving any problem I was having. I’m so thankful my friend referred her to me and I can’t wait to buy with her again. She’s hands down, the best!

Mr. Reyna facilitated the marketing, listing, showing, and finally the sale of my home in Austin. The communication and relationship with Mr. Reyna as my real estate agent exceeded my expectations. He contacted me immediately to update me with the status of the showings, offers, and finally the sale. He went far and beyond his scope by coordinating any repairs needed to ready the home, which greatly assisted me, as well as the buyer. I believe his attention to detail, his communication, and his being available at any time, either by telephone or email, facilitated the showing and sale. My husband and me worked with Carlos to buy our first home. Since we were first time home buyers and very new to the process he was great about walking us through the process and answering any questions while offering great advice and feedback. Carlos is super responsive, even helping us put in an offer at 11pm at night and made sure that he was helping us get the best deal possible and just made our first time home buying experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and my husband and me would definitely work with him again if/when the opportunity arises.

I can’t say enough good things about Annie Castro. She’s been incredibly helpful and might I add very patient with my fiancé and I as we navigate our way through figuring out what we want in a home. We’re looking for that needle in the haystack (right price, right location, right size, right style, right layout, etc.) and after 6 months, she has not given up on us and continues to deliver the same service as she did on day one. Since I still reside in my starter home, I have not worked with a realtor since 1976! A very long time ago. Elle was spectacular to work with, primarily because her personality meshed with mine immediately. Sometimes in life, you get to work with people you like, sometimes you get to work with people who know what they are doing. Elle has both of those qualities and what a joy. She knew how to talk to me when I was seriously a wreck whether she knew it or not. She was always there for me if not right away, quickly thereafter. There were many things she did for me that I can't imagine another realtor doing. Her suggestions were on point and given to me in an assuring manner.
