We originally asked Nancy to help us purchase a new home near Lake Travis. We ran into financial difficulty and were unable to close on the home as scheduled. Instead of abandoning us to deal with the seller, she helped us navigate the settlement process with a dispute with the seller. We will definitely enlist Nancy to help us with our real estate needs in the future. She is honest and works hard to make the process worry free and professional.

Sarah Crowson was able to help us find our perfect home in the neighborhood we wanted at the price point we could afford. She was patient when my family and extended family wanted to tour houses with us, and she didn’t pressure us in any way. Even though she is based in Austin, she was flexible with us in finding our home in Kyle. I’m so thankful for her, and my entire family loves her, too!

We have bought and sold with Nick and I can’t imagine using anyone else! We were new to the area and searched remotely and he made it so easy and gave us the confidence to buy in a busy market and the confidence to sell in a quieter market and still sold our house in under a week!

He was up front about all aspects of this sale. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He took care of everything from the office side and kept us on top of things as the sale progressed. He went above and beyond. This was the first time I had ever sold a home and it was a great experience and that was a lot due to Carlos. I would definitely look him up again if I needed a realtor.

Approaching the first time home buying experience felt incredibly daunting but Lindsey went absolutely above and beyond to get us across that finish line! The seller was apprehensive about accepting a VA mortgage offer on a 100 year old home but Lindsey advocated for us until the very end and we couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out. Her genuine kindness and thoughtfulness greatly exceeded everything we could’ve hoped for from our first realtor experience and we will be recommending her for years to come!

Laura did absolutely amazing and was so phenomenal every step of the way! I was moving across country and she truly made the process so easy and provided a calming presence when things got a little chaotic for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to unpack and explain questions if I had them, as well as provide more context to make sure I was making the right decision with all the information that was available! She truly had my best friend interest at heart and always showed it every step of the way Laura brings years of experience but a personal touch that is so hard to match. We had a great experience working with Nick. He offered us ideas, but also let us run the show. He was very flexible schedule-wise, and while he was very available, we didn't feel pressured or hurried to buy. He answered a lot of questions for us, and had a lot of contacts throughout the Waco area that gave us quotes/ideas on house issues/etc... He was great to work with while actually buying the house, but then went above and beyond to help us find contractors to do additional work that we wanted done before moving in, even doing some touch-up mowing on our new yard himself! 10/10 recommend using Nick as your realtor!

Carlos was an absolute blessing to have as our Realator. The first thing that I noticed about him was that I felt like I could ask any questions- regardless of how dumb. This was super important to my husband and I because this is the first house we have ever purchased. The second thing that stuck out is the way he never pressured us to buy a specific house or tried to push us towards anything if we didn’t feel comfortable with it. He made sure that we controlled the climate of what houses we wanted to see and continued to encourage us along the way when it felt like everything was moving slowly. The third thing is he is a great communicator. He always messaged us back timely and checked in on us to see if we had questions throughout the week when we were browsing. And as soon as we wanted to see a home he would immediately make an appointment to view it. This was extremely important to us because my husband and I are in the military and so we were not in Texas during the entire process. Carlos actually drove one hour North of Austin every time we wanted him to view a home for us and he would FaceTime and send videos of the home so we could see them. All in all I could not recommend Carlos more to anyone! Thank you for guiding us through the purchase of our first home.
