I’ve purchased three homes in my lifetime and Christie Stephens is by far the best agent I’ve known or worked with. Born and raised in Waco, she knows all the ins and outs, the up and coming areas, the value in school districts, the value in the houses, and most importantly, where I wanted to be. The house she found me in Central Waco, so close to Castle Heights, is my dream home. A nicely up-kept 1930s beauty with a backyard for entertaining better than all the neighbors. Knowing the real estate world a little myself, Christie was more than patient with me as I’m extremely picky and know just what I want. She took the time to answer all my questions and like a networking queen, had her people on the line in the snap of a finger, answering any question or solving any problem I was having. I’m so thankful my friend referred her to me and I can’t wait to buy with her again. She’s hands down, the best!

I have purchased not one, but two homes with Kevin because he's really just that awesome. This guy knows the areas all around Austin, is familiar with all the details you wouldn't even consider, knows the professionals in and connected to the realty business, and seems to have information about just everything! He's super laid back and easy to talk to and work with. He's a dad and a family guy so he really gets why a house is important to a family and why different aspects mean different things to families (for us a school district with a good SPED program for my son with special needs). He steered us away from things that wouldn't be beneficial to us and wasn't focused on only "making the sell." He really worked with us and found the right home for our family! Plus, he listens to great music, likes good food, and is all around a super cool guy! Do yourself a favor and call Kevin!

He was very professional, really engaged with us, and easy to connect with. When he was unable to spend time showing us house due to other conflicts, he assigned someone to help make sure we got into homes and made offers in a timely fashion. Once we decided to build a home, he stayed in close contact with us and ensured we were getting our needs met. Most importantly, when the construction timeline fell significantly behind schedule, he advocated for us to ensure things got back on track. Even after closing, Kevin has checked in a few times to ensure things are as we had hoped they would be. Overall, we had a great experience with Kevin.
