I can't say enough about Rita and how awesome she is. My family and I recently relocated from CA, and I had casually spoken to several agents before getting referred to Rita. Having been a Realtor myself for over 20 years, I'm very picky about who I work with. Rita is extremely knowledgeable, and took us all over Austin while educating us about every neighborhood, school, shopping, proximity, etc. She's very responsive, patient, thorough...oh, and did I mention she got us 150k (23%) below the list price?! So grateful she helped us get our forever house :). Highly highly recommend Rita!!

I'm a first-time homeowner, and I could not have done it without Rita Little, working with Rita for the last few months was an amazing experience she's a very hard worker, patient, honest, and she makes sure things get done, she's as family now! Once again, Rita helped me find the ideal house in the cutest neighborhood. She helped me secure the lease on the first application we submitted for our number 1 pick! I really appreciate her going out of her way to spend her busy Saturday afternoon driving around Cedar Park and NW Austin. She is so efficient, forthright, and honest, which makes what is generally a super stressful experience such a breeze. And she always knows when its the wrong place off the bat, so lets not waste time, let's get onto the next. And she convinced the property management company to replace all the gross carpet, which was such a relief. When I moved into my last house, she pointed out a nearby little known nature preserve that had cool art scattered throughout. I might not had ventured in there if she hadn't mentioned it, which would have been a shame because it quickly became my sanctuary during the pandemic. That's the value of going with a native Austinite like Rita! I always recommend her when folks say they are looking to make a move around town. We are SO HAPPY with our new place! I feel like I hit the jackpot, yet again!

Rita Little went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. She is personally and professionally top-notch. She has been exceptionally organized and effective since our initial call. During the 1-2 month search and buy process, we changed/expanded our strategy a few times. Rita took it in step and kept it all together the whole time. Nathan is a wonderful realtor! He's is very supporting and customer focused. We looked at 19 homes to find the best fit for me. He facilitated 24/7 communication with the builder's reps to ensure every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed. He also provided reality checks from his team as new construction contracts are much different than resale. I highly recommend Nathan.

Hesper was very professional and had our best interests at heart more than just her commission. She spent time reviewing listings my daughter found on Zillow and came up with a condensed list of great possibilities. In the end, I changed my mind about a house I thought was prettier and newer than the place I had originally wanted. She recommended a super inspector, IJack. He was very thorough and with his information and Hesper's guidance we as a family will be very happy here.

Betsy was very knowledgeable. I had high recommendations from friends to use her to sell our house. Glad we used her. She gave us recommendations to make the house look good. It worked. She was quick to respond when we had questions. Was there every step of the way.

Kiel is the greatest! He helped us with everything. He explained the whole process of selling our house in clear language on our first meeting. Open and honest. Ethical guidelines of his approach and his candid honesty made us feel secure in trusting our most valuable asset (our home) to his capable hands. He was in constant communication, feeding us market data on a regular basis, advising and motivating us on preparing our house for sale - cleaning, staging etc. He even helped us move a heavy piece of furniture for better visual affect. Way above and beyond. We got 10% over our asking price with multiple showings almost instantly. We finished showing the house after 4 days on the market. I absolutely recommend Kiel Schmidt!!

Her dedication to our complete satisfaction showed at every step of our journey from Atlanta, GA to Austin, TX. Stuart was always available to my husband as he looked at many homes in the area for many weeks. Kathleen Wainwright exceeded meeting our expectations. This is the second time we trusted Kathleen to sell a property for us. My mothers home was the first time.
