Taylor and his team helped my wife and I move to Lakeway, TX from Santa Cruz, CA. I had found him through his Youtube channel, and was really impressed with his responsiveness, flexibility, and patience as I scoped out living in a new part of the country. For my visit, he stuck with me for 3 days checking out well over 25 homes all over the west Austin area. All along the way his communication was superb and always ready. Paul and Laura Johnston are amazing. I found them through the Dave Ramsey website and they responded to me immediately. I first spoke with Laura at 8:05 AM Saturday morning about looking for a home in the Austin area. Laura was very gracious and helpful. Paul also responded to us very quickly and had a great knowledge of the Austin market and was able to teach and guide me and my wife through the process of finding a home for our son and his wife. Paul worked both during the week and every weekend and even until late at night to help us find a beautiful home and then win the bid and close on the home. Paul and Laura responded to every text, email and call no matter when or what it was about. My wife and I just bought our first home with Jonas. We were definitely in that camp of first time homebuyers that knew nothing about the process and how confusing it can be, but Jonas was exceptional at breaking everything down for us and talking through all our options at every step. His patience is also beyond reproach--We dragged our search out for two years waiting for the market to soften and he never pushed us, but was always extremely responsive and diligent in lining up properties to see. We can't recommend him enough, especially if you're a first timer like us.
