I was very lucky to work with Tara McGuire.
This was my first time buying a property in the U.S. Tara was fantastic! She is super professional and she cares. We would visit properties and she would give me the pros/cons of each place like if she were going to live there. Her feedback was very honest and on point. Also, I asked her for recommendations (insurance broker, mortgage broker, etc) and everyone she suggested was a good referral. Tara knows the Austin market very very well, that helped because I knew what I wanted but didn't have the market knowledge.
Months after my closing, the developer hadn't complied with everything they offered. I reached out to Tara and she helped me solved the problem with the developer. So she will go the extra mile for you.
Now, I am working with her to buy my second property. The amount of value she brings is huge so I would only work with Tara while I live in Austin.

We engaged Eric Bramlett to sell our Austin property after a previous agent not only failed to sell the property for more than a year but also made a huge mess of everything (including the property). Eric sold the property in less than 3 months.
Being out of the state ourselves, we relied on Eric heavily in overseeing the property as well as the sale process. Eric was consistently responsive to our every request, including some that aren't strictly his responsibilities as our realtor. For example, he found a contractor to do repairs on the house, coordinated with our landscaper on taking care of the lawn, and sent people to check on the house when the neighborhood was flooded. Eric handled every problem and crisis promptly and competently.

I worked with Lauren Yoder and she was AMAZING. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable (which is incredibly helpful as first time home buyers). She really looks out for her clients and will do everything that's in the client's best interest. Can't recommend her enough!

I worked with Tara McGuire at Bramlett on a property purchase in the Austin area. We are moving from California and didn't really know the area. We are purchasing multiple homes for our own property, and for rental investments. Tara knows the Austin market VERY well and told us where we would optimize on our investments. She not only understands the purchase market, she knows strong rental markets and was very attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. She handled our walk with our builder since I was in California, and connected me with a fantastic broker who bent over backward to get us the best pricing options too! Eric and team helped us purchase our home in Austin while we were living across the country. The 4 days we flew in (with 3 kids) to look at homes, he went above and beyond educating us on the area and showing us almost 20 different homes. Never losing patience with us...or our children! We found our home and put in an offer while waiting in the Austin airport for our flight back east! He was our eyes and ears on the ground here in Austin while we were back east, always offering to be where we could not and giving us recommendations along the way.

Eric is extremely fast at returning phone calls, emails, and texts (even with a difference in time zones). We felt confident leaving our new home in his care while we could not be there. He continues to have our best interests in mind, even after our closing. He is the first person I contact for referrals and recommendations. He has never let us down and we have continued to use his extensive team of contractors. We would truly be lost in Austin without having him to reach out to.

We worked with Will Mackintosh a realtor with Bramlett Partners, when looking for our house. Will was very professional and courteous, knowledgeable on various areas of Austin and gave us sound marketing advice plus he was not obnoxiously pushy. Because of his efforts we were able to find a suitable house very quickly at a price we did not believe. It was a pleasure working with him, I would recommend him.

I found Eric when I was relocating from San Francisco to Austin. I knew I wanted to live really central, but I wasn't sure which neighborhood I would like the most or what I could afford, as it seems like things can vary quite a bit within a few miles. We looked north and south of the river and explored different neighborhoods on our search - Eric was very patient with all my questions about each - and I decided on buying in Travis Heights, which I absolutely love living in, the definite right choice. Unfortunately it was a tight seller's market (still is Austin), but Eric led the way and helped me get the house I wanted without any issue. I didn't ever feel pressured and he wasn't "salesy", thank goodness... he's been a great resource to me afterwards too with vendor recommendations.

We were making one the most challenging moves of our lives, relocating from California to Austin. I don't know where to begin to rave about Eric and the team! I've sold houses with good realtors before, but Eric Bramlett Realtors is just a different level of expertise and service at every turn! Responsive, professional, focused on our best interests (even gave us advice that went against his best interests, without any hesitation), and knows the Northwest Hills market exceptionally well. We found Eric Bramlett via an online realty website listing Austin area realtors. Because we were impressed with the ratings he received from other home buyers, we contacted him and one other larger Austin firm to interview as potential realtors when we decided to relocate to the Austin area. We first met with the large firm and were dismayed at the way we would be passed from employee to employee for each step of the process. We then met with Eric and were impressed at his reassurance that he would be 'our guy' throughout the entire process. And he was right. Eric was always quick to respond to all forms of communication and answer all of our questions. We were never pushed off onto other employees in his office, although they were always available if we needed them, and were always made to feel like we were a priority. We moved to Austin from LA and wanted to purchase as soon as possible. After interviewing 4 realtors over the phone, we knew we'd be in good hands with Eric. He asked all the right questions and was realistic with what we could expect with our budget and wishlist. A bonus, Eric also has a ton of experience in remodeling homes and is an investor himself. This was really helpful as we not only wanted to explore home options but investment opportunities as well. I moved from Seattle to Austin, TX, this summer, and I started working with Eric a week before I made the initial drive to Austin. I continued to work with Eric during the drive and for two months after that while my family was packing up and preparing to join me. Eric was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond dozens of times. I have bought two previous houses, and both of those agents were very good, but Eric has been the best.

My family is relocating from California to Austin and per a friend's referral, we contacted Eric to see if they could help us find a lease property. He set us up with Bailey and she was a total godsend!

Bailey was so helpful, sweet, and professional. The few days I was in Austin to look at homes, I had my 10 month old with me. Bailey was so great and patient with me and her. (Think having to get baby in and out of car seat at every property, wanting to play, then nap time fussiness)

Though I know a lease is not as lucrative as a buy, she never gave us less than her 100%. She really went above and beyond and helped us find the perfect home for our family.

We will definitely be working with Bailey again in the future when we purchase a home.

My husband found Eric on the Internet, fairly randomly, and I can not believe how lucky we got! Eric is an awesome realtor, and my husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience working with him. My husband and I have different personalities and tastes, and Eric was able to work with both of us equally well. We finally made the move from San Diego to Austin this summer. We were blessed to find Eric Bramlett through an Internet search a year and a half ago when we first began considering Austin. I could tell right away during our phone conversations that he was real, detailed, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to almost every neighborhood in the Austin area. He even knew a lot about the schools, which appealed to us greatly. We made four separate trips to Austin to house hunt, and Eric was awesome! He was patient, good with our children, and was efficient at pinpointing neighborhoods we would like. In addition, he answered every question we had quickly and in great detail. He even did research on cost of various remodel options so that we could consider those things in relation to price as we home shopped. In my opinion, we were not easy clients. We had to opt out of a contract or two within our option period, and we ultimately did not make Austin our home until a year and a half after we began the search with Eric. Yet, he was extremely kind, understanding, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. When we finally did make the move, we were under great time constraints due to a job. But because Eric knew our preferences and parameters of what we wanted in a house, he was able to find us a wonderful house in a perfect neighborhood for our family, and close it for us in 7 days. Did I mention we didn't see our home in person until we arrived 1 day before closing?! And we absolutely LOVE it! The best house we have seen for our family, by far. We were in the market for our first investment property and looked online for a good realtor, so we gave Eric a call. He was very approachable, and gave us all the details, provided some insight on investment properties and what to expect. He was able to meet with us on short notices as well. Overall I would highly recommend Eric for any of your realtor needs.

I had thought finding a good, reliable, professional, prompt, easy to reach, has my best interest in mind type agent did not exist in Austin area until I found Eric. He is all of that and more. It started with an easy call that explained my goals to him and within two hours I got customized emails with properties I should target.

Eric offered his insight into property condition, fair offer price based on market condition and history/geography and desirability of the location. He even recorded video walk through of the properties for us.

Always had my best interest in mind. Offers we wrote would get us considered, but fair for the property. We had one really bad seller agent try to get us into a badly maintained property by trying to pull some legal technicality on us (which they were wrong about). Eric patiently, expertly and professionally navigated the situation and got us out of the mess without too much stress on my side.

We finally got an investment property that Eric picked for us (he knew what we were looking for so well), and is now managing it for us. He also helped me with local load and insurance agents who are equally responsive and professional as him.

We initially contacted Eric 2 years ago because we were interested in moving to Austin and he had really good reviews. He immediately put together a list of homes for us to look at and they were all exactly what we were looking for. Eric gave us all the in and outs of the Austin area and he really made us fall in love with the place. Unfortunately we were not able to move forward with a house at the time, but 2 years later we asked him to again show us some homes and he spent his whole weekend showing us properties. We found the one we loved and now we are official Austinites!

My girlfriend and I worked with Eric to find our first house. Eric was able to position our offer correctly and we won out over other competing offers. Our lender turned out to be a nightmare, but Eric was able to keep the seller engaged through multiple extensions to our close. Couldn't have been more impressed and happy with Eric's professionalism and empathy throughout what turned out to be a pretty stressful process due to our lender. I'd recommend Eric to anyone.
