This is our second time purchasing a home here in TX. The first time, my family went from living in a 2200' sqft luxury condo apartment in Steiner Ranch to a five year old, huge 3400" sqft home in the Sendero Springs/ Walsh Ranch neighborhood. Our original real estate agent was completely fantastic, she did an amazing job get us the exact location we wanted in the perfect house, despite not knowing the Round Rock area at all.
This time around we had time and a global pandemic working against us. I wanted to purchase an even newer home in a new growing suburban hot spot near Paloma Lake, just NE of 35 in Round Rock. We had a huge deadline to find a home because our property management company for our rental home requires 2 months notice to vacate. That and the fact that home hunting during a pandemic isn't easy.
I decided to use a real estate agent that knew the Round Rock area, especially Paloma Lake sub-area. Luckily for me, I came across Bramlett Real Estate here on Yelp.
The answering service took my info on a Saturday afternoon. In less than an hour I was introduced to the most thoughtful and dedicated real estate agent I have ever met. Her name is Vicki Duran, and she did not stop working for my wife and I until our house closed two days ago.
I'm not sure how, but she somehow managed to find us a new home in under a week, recommend a great loan officer and close in less than 30 days, during one of the craziest times in Human history! And never once did we feel on our own. Vicki's confidence, experience, compassion towards us during the whole process was invaluable.
She even helped point me towards a great home warranty company and a great interior painter. Now we can have our home exactly how we wanted without going over our budget!
I can't say enough good things about Vicki Duran and I know my wife Gloria would agree! We both agree, Vicki was like a part of our family through this process. She always looked out for our best interests at all times and advised us of all of our possible options. She is forever welcome for holiday drinks in our new home!
Eric and his team have been exemplary from the beginning. Eric came to visit us 6 months before the listing and kept in touch throughout, just to make sure we understood the market and what we benefit us the most. Eric's attentiveness to our needs and timelines was nothing less than first class. He answered emails, phone calls, and texted like I was his only client. It was almost to the point where I felt guilty, but then I realized he is still making money! Haha, anyhow, seriously, Eric and his team is first class all the way.
I was confident from the beginning in his ability and knowledge. I was educated and my expectations were level set and there was never a second were I thought those expectations weren't being met. From the stager, to the sign being put up in my yard, everyone was there when they said they would be. There wasn't a single time where I was given a timeline and it wasn't met. That is extremely important when you have hard deadlines like we did with our relocation. When purchasing or selling in the Austin area in the future, Eric and his team will be the first call and the last.

Craig McGuire was great! I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He was friendly, patient, responsive, and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, even early on when I was looking second hand with a friend.
While I was looking from out of town, he was my eyes and ears on the ground and took the time to send me high quality, commentated videos of what he saw. It really helped me make an informed decision from many miles away. His monthly emails kept me informed when I was unsure of what the market was going to look like while the community was dealing with the coronavirus and his connections kept us rolling through our aggressive closing timeline.
Very profession and extremely helpful! We lived out of town while our house was for sale and Eric and his team took care of everything! We couldn't ask for a better realtor!
Will Macintosh with Bramlett Partners is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and home buying process. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Will was always very quick to respond with helpful information. Whenever I found a property I was interested in, he would setup same day visits and be available to show them which is a necessity with how fast houses sell in Austin. Will has a no pressure style and and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I would definitely work with him again in the future if I am ever buying or selling a home in the Austin area. Vicki provided a wonderful realtor experience. She is very knowledgeable of the area and provided great insights into the properties we were considering. My favorite part of the experience is her amazing customer service, any form of communication was responded to very quickly and she was kind enough to respond even after hours. She's incredibly patient, not pushy, and always willing to visit properties with you, same day even. Would highly recommend!

Although we had met several Austin agents in the past, no one particularly impressed us. As long distance buyers, it was extra important to find an agent who would work hard for us. We found the agency website and were impressed with the resources for out of town buyers. When we inquired, Kasey Gilliam was assigned to us. That could not have been a better match!
Over two short trips to Austin and much email and text conversation, Kasey helped us understand more about the Austin market and our options. The market emails from her were very helpful and saved us from searching Realtor or Zillow. Kasey was always available -- truly, I don't know how she juggles everything. She has energy and a positive outlook. And I particularly liked that she showed us a couple of houses that weren't on our list but that she thought we'd like. She also guided us through the process of buying a house that was not yet on the market, and then through a long distance close.

I interviewed Eric along with two other Realtors to list/sell my home. After calling two prior realtors and discussing their credentials, results and process, my last phone call was to Eric. It was obvious from that first phone call that Eric was going to be the realtor that I selected.
After selecting him were able to meet within a few days and hit the market within a week.

Tara McGuire made every bit of my homebuying experience a comfortable one. I had quite a few hoops thrown at me from the builder while I was under contract. Tara was with me every step of the way and, more often than not, was taking care of things before I even knew I had to. She earned 100% of my trust in the whirlwind of this process and as a first time homebuyer, having trust in the partnership of a realtor is the most important thing. She fully understood my priorities and left no stone unturned in making sure those needs were met. The depth of her knowledge in her field made me feel like I was always being looked out for. Eric is the best realtor! When we wanted to sell our house we reached out to a few realtors we found online. Eric was the only one to respond immediately and offered the best marketing package. We have closed on several houses in the past and I can say no other realtor has ever provided the level of service Eric provided. We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything - he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress. Eric always communicates with you so you know everything that is happening all the time. We put our house on the market during the tough time to sell (back to school time) and Eric was still able to get it sold. I highly recommend Eric and will use him next time we buy or sell a house in Austin.

We were new to the Austin area and Googled real estate agents. We were fortunate to find Bramlett Real Estate. Eric met with us and decided to pair us up with agent Vicki Duran who lives in the Georgetown area. I respect the fact that Eric listened to us and what we were looking for and guided us to the agent that would best fit us.
We are retired but didn't want to live in a retirement community. Buying a house is no easy challenge, especially for a first-time buyer, but Bailey made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable along the way. We toured several homes together before I found "the one". We worked with Tara McGuire and really had an exceptional experience. We moved here from New York City and started our journey to finding a home here in Austin almost 2 and a half years ago. Tara was constantly communicative and helpful through our entire (quite lengthly) journey.

Very much faster in emails(i am usually good at emails, but am jealous now!), and she does all the homework for you before even you go to the site to see the home. Like, talking to the vendors, giving recommendations, meeting the builders, getting better deals and what not. She was with us from the day we looked into the houses and till today asking about the family -- positive vibes, you know!

We recently closed on a wonderful house, with the help of Vicki Duran from Bramlett Partners. Vicki helped us find our temporary rental townhouse and we decided to use her to help us with a home purchase as well. Believe it or not, the first home we toured with Vicki turned out to be The One. We decided to make an offer and found out from the listing agent a competing offer was coming in as well. We strategized with Vicki and gave it our best shot - it worked! We were in escrow a couple of days later. Vicki guided us through the whole process, providing referrals for services like home inspection, contractor work, flooring, etc. Since we are new to the area, this was very helpful. She coached us on our negotiations and, we believe, helped us to come out with the best deal possible, while maintaining a positive, cooperative relationship with the sellers. Communication is one of the biggest aspects of the Realtor/client relationship and Vicki was always quick to respond to our [many] questions, concerns, and requests. We felt like we were working with a friend, not just a hired professional. When you get a high level of professionalism, along with a relationship like that, we think that's the best combination possible. By the way, the escrow and closing went through without a hitch, thanks in large part to Vicki staying on top of the process (and the players) and making sure things were getting done.
