Buying a home is a stressful challenge and even more so when you are a first time home buyer. I reached out to Bramlett Partners to help and guide me through the process and thank God did.
I worked with Bailey for the purchase of my home. She is capable, knowledgeable and amazingly responsive; from the day we started the search to the day of closing. Not only that I had answers to all my questions, I had them in a timely manner. The cherry is top is her willingness to share her contacts (vendors and contractors) that I would possibly need. With Bailey, I knew throughout the process that she had my best interest at heart.

I have been working with Eric and his team since past 3 years and they have been awesome. I had purchased house in Austin and had an issue with another agent and then we contacted Eric and he was really calm and helpful. He came out of his way to help me out and also provided lot of guidance and helped me my house purchase smooth. I wish there were more than 5 stars on YELP, because these 5 stars won't seem enough for Eric and his team. We hired Eric back in 2014 when our house was sitting in the market for more than 3 weeks in a HOT Austin market. Eric came in, explained us the process and we went back in the market within 2 weeks. Our house was sold in less than a week. Again we went back to Eric in 2014 for renting our house and buying a new one. Our house went on rent in a day and with the new house he made sure builder gave us the best incentives and guided us through out the building process with inspections and all. Over the years Eric has become a trusted advisor for us on any real estate matters. He helps us extending the lease on the rental property without charging a penny.

In one sentence, Eric is THE best realtor in Austin and ranked #1 by Austin Business Journal for two years in a row. We recently purchased a home in Round Rock and Vicki Duran was our agent. We had worked with Vicki when we first moved to the area three years ago and knew that we would be calling on her services again because of the extraordinary level of service that she and the Bramlett team provided. Throughout the process it was always about us, and what we wanted and needed rather than it being about making a sale. The response time to questions, requests for information, and anything else that we asked for was almost always immediate. This is not your typical national-chain real estate firm. They are truly in a class of their own, and making comparisons to most other agencies would be on par with comparing a thoroughbred with the coin operated horse outside the grocery store. Tara McGuire is a great agent and helped me get my house sold very quickly. She arrived at our first meeting with tons of research that she had done on my neighborhood and spent a great deal of time explaining the market trends and how sales were moving in the area. She was able to sell my house for roughly 10% more than another agent had suggested. The support team was most helpful in staging my home, advising me on paint colors, photographing the home and preparing a very nice color flyer for potential buyers. I would recommend Tara and the Bramlett team for anyone in need of experienced real estate professionals in the Austin area.

As a first time homeowner, I was really lost on where to start (and being from out of state, where to look). I ended up having Vicki reach out to me through Zillow or Homes.com on a house I was interested in viewing. She was quick to respond to my questions and provide options based on my preferences without being pushy. I ended up finding my house on my first trip out and walked me through next steps.

Vicki Duran is great! As first time home buyers, we were looking for a realtor who could help us through the entire process patiently and comprehensively, and we are glad that Vicki contacted us in response to our request on the Bramlett Partners website.

From the start, Vicki was extremely responsive, at all times. Every text, email and call responded to within 30 minutes, if not sooner. Vicki's guidance and knowledge helped us to narrow down our MLS filters and modify as necessary. We were making notes/posting questions on the MLS portal and were pleasantly surprised to see that Vicki was also reading them and giving her thoughts on each of those.

Once we started shortlisting houses that we liked, Vicki would promptly work with the listing agents to make the appointments, even if we found a house that we wanted to see on the same day. Within 7 -10 days of contacting Vicki, we found a few houses that we considered putting offers on.

I called Eric after having my wife research the best Austin Realtor's through sales ranking and user feedback. Eric Bramlett and Bramlett Partners not only received consistent yearly accolades and high rankings with the Austin Business Community, but the hundreds of Google, and Yelp reviews my wife went through showed a common denominator: Eric and his staff were highly engaged, used up to date marketing tools, and were communicative with their buyers and sellers.

My sister and I had inherited a property in a dynamic but cooling market. Through transparent research, Eric suggested a well considered listing price related to the condition and age of the property that allowed for a quick sale. We received multiple offers that ultimately drove up the price because we were priced right to begin with. Eric himself was approachable, extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market, and stayed in contact with my sister and I/ or was available during the whole sales process, from start to finish--especially the rough patches. I am a broker myself (DFW area), and appreciate his thoroughness with detail and yet never losing site of 'the big picture.' Without exception, I would highly recommend Eric and Bramlett Partners!

Ok, I don't really leave reviews... like ever, but Bailey did such a great job I feel like I need to say something. We were moving back to the US from out of country and were entirely new to the Austin area. We didn't know anyone here and honestly felt a little lost and upside down. Bailey was the first person we met and she gave us hope we'd meet some other great people here with her friendliness and professionalism. We were on a tight schedule to find a home before our 6 weeks of AirBnb's ran out. So, we needed something fast. Bailey listened to what we wanted/needed and found us the perfect house in an area we love in just a couple days. She did all the scheduling for us and made viewing the homes really easy. In the end, she found us a house that hadn't even hit the market yet (it was going to be listed the next day), but we liked it so much we put an offer in and snatched it up before anyone else could. Sorry y'all, we got to it first! :) After that we had a couple questions on all the closing docs we had to fill out (we owned our business) and she helped us with everything we needed to get us through the closing process. Great agent. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and Bramlett to anyone.

I have purchased and sold several houses in my lifetime, but never have I had such a caring, realtor as Vicki Duran. Vicki went out of her way to make our forever home purchase complete. She went to bat for us when the sellers were a bit unreasonable, was quick to respond in a calm manner even though I was freaking out and was patient and kind when we changed our mind about what we were looking for. Working with Bailey Moran was by far one of the highlights of our home buying experience. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I knew that we needed a fantastic realtor who would help guide us through this journey, and we certainly hit the jackpot with Bailey. From our first intro phone call, Bailey put us at ease by answering all of our (many) questions, while also providing her expertise and giving us insight into what makes for a successful purchase in the highly competitive Austin housing market. Tara McGuire was our realtor and she came very highly recommended by a good friend of ours. Best recommendation ever! Words cannot express our gratitude for the amazing representation Tara gave us in the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond so many times and made the process so smooth for us. First, she found us the perfect home in our perfect neighborhood that wasn't even on the market yet! She negotiated a great deal that was clear cut and got additional repairs completed by the seller that not all sellers would necessarily agree to. She also connected us with great lenders who really worked hard for us to make a complicated loan happen. She scheduled contractors and a designer to come into the home during escrow who gave us quotes on changes we wanted to make on the home so we knew where to budget our money. Not only that, but she connected us with a great professional organizer who helped with all the unpacking and organizing and made the process so efficient and pleasant. Her referrals have been great and so appreciated! Tara was outstanding! She was resourceful, patient, and thorough, from beginning to end. We honestly probably wouldn't be in this home and had such an amazing experience with the entire process without her! We cannot recommend her highly enough. We have bought and sold properties and worked with many realtors prior to Tara, and we have never had an experience as smooth, easy, and enjoyable as ours with Tara. She truly is your realtor for life!

I owned two homes in Round Rock and did on line research and reached out to top rated agents. Eric responded almost immediately and followed up with data shortly thereafter.
We spoke two more times and my wife and I made a decision to list with him before any other "top rated" agents even got back to us. One of my BEST decisions ever. He followed through on every aspect and assisted in notifying existing tenants, helped with all phases of the reconditioning (helped pick out carpet and flooring) had get contacts to get the work done, got the proberty listed quickly with great pictures, kept us informed on a regular basis etc. We were 1500 miles away but felt like we were selling the house around the corner because we were kept so informed. The first home had multiple offers and sold in less than 30 days and the second home had multiple offers and sold within 45 days. We have bought and sold many homes and after the sale of these homes my wife commented that we may have difficulty ever dealing with another realtor because no will be able to meet the standards and results like Eric and his team. I am not an easy person to please and don't usually rate transactions etc but Eric is an unbelievable professional and he is the only realtor I would ever use in the Austin area.

We were first-time homebuyers and our friends who had worked with Lauren Yoder before highly recommended her. Lauren was a dream to work with and the whole process went really smoothly because of all the hard work that Lauren did behind-the-scenes on our behalf. She made every interaction that we had with the other parties involved as painless as possible, and always had a smile on her face.

We had a great experience with Lauren from the start. I think that Lauren listened really well to our wants and needs, and she delivered on most of the properties that we viewed. Tara Mcguire did an outstanding job in listing my home for sale. She identified where improvements were needed and staged the home for maximum appeal. She did some pre-marketing and sold the home in just one day. Then expedited the closure to meet my timeframe. It was a great experience in the process selling a home.
