We had Tara McGuire previously assist us with buying our first house and could not have had a better experience. So of course 3 years later when we wanted to sell it and buy another house for our growing family we reached out to her again. She helped us through the stressful and unusual obstacles during these times and was there by our side to help and support us. She was able to use her experience, expertise and personal touch to sell our house and get us in our new home. Needless to say if you need a realtor you should go with Tara.

Will Mackintosh was an absolute godsend for us while selling our home in Austin. We were newer to the area and didn't have a great feel on pricing, process, or things to watch out for. He and the Bramlett team made everything SO EASY, and saved us thousands in avoiding common pitfalls. Will was ultra-responsive and moved as fast as we needed him to. I could not recommend this team more.

Vicki Duran was an absolute champion! We have been looking for months in multiple areas and Vicki came in and made it all possible for us. She has been extremely responsive to new listings, showings and any possible question that came up. Even during these difficult times, Vicki was able to safely show us multiple properties and professionally managed the process around all COVID-related policies and safety measures. This was a great customer experience and it's almost sad that it's over now.

This was our second time working with Tara McGuire - this time buying and selling. We were really nervous to buy and sell during the pandemic but Tara made the experience fun and honestly feel very normal. Tara was so professional and used all Covid safety protocols to ensure our family was safe. I have to give kudos to Tara's negotiating skills as this is the second house we have bought in a multiple offer situation and both times we have come out on top. Tara does a great job being available and guiding you through any questions you may have to make you feel extremely informed and secure in your purchase. Tara McGuire has been an amazing Realtor for me! I really can't say enough good things. She worked with me to sell my house and buy another one. First of all - selling. I could tell from our initial meeting that she has all of her ducks in a row and thinks of everything. She has a ton of experience and she has a great team who help to support her success. She also is in the loop with contacts for other vendors (home improvement, financial related, etc.) that ended up being important with getting the house ready and actually crucial during the option period for the buyers (an impartial foundation assessment company). I was really impressed with the stager I had access to, and the professional photos of my house were fantastic (both no additional cost for me). Now, buying. I've had some twists and turns on my wish list and buying process but Tara has been patient with me and seems to have endless energy with marathon house tour days. I toured some open houses on my own as well, and one of the agents hosting an open house knows Tara and couldn't say enough good things about her, which reassured me even more than I already knew I made a great choice. One thing that struck me is that she said Tara has a lot of great systems and processes in place and I totally see that. Now we are under contact for our new house, which we are really excited about, and will close this week! I loved that she is taking care of everything for me - she even scheduled the inspection and told me to show up at the end. One thing that I really noticed is that she knows what to say and when. For example, she recommended we go out of town the weekend we listed the house for sale. She gave me a couple interim updates and told me when I got my first offer (plus I had access to the system that records the visits) but basically didn't worry me about anything until we got all the offers in (7!) and presented which one was best and why it was best. On the other hand, when I was buying, she kept me in the loop with every action - she submitted the offer, the other agent acknowledged, how any negotiations were going, etc. There's no doubt Tara is a great choice!

As a first time homebuyer, I couldn’t have gone through the whole process without the help of Craig McGuire. Craig was attentive and patient. He showed me older homes, new builds and was with me every step of the way all the way to closing. He also came with a slew of recommendations for various services like gutter installers, movers, pest control etc. I really appreciated his help and look forward to working with him in the future!

During our house hunting journey, we were absolutely BLESSED to have Tara guiding us. From day one, Tara has been awesome. Tara has consistently been professional, prompt in her communication, attentive to our needs, and very caring. She also is extremely understanding of the stress of home buying and has been so understanding of mine and my husband's quirks. Tara always did her best to make sure we felt supported and was always honest with us. We completely trust Tara because she consistently proved she knew what she was talking about. Furthermore, the fact that she is so familiar with remodeling processes and costs, helped us better assess the many homes we saw. As to your question about what Tara did especially well; there were so many things. She absolutely always made the time to show us a house we expressed interest in....she never said "oh no, I can't show you that house"--she never let us down. She is just a very kind, compassionate, and generous person. She always made us feel that she had our back and our best interest at heart. This is such a vulnerable process and she always supported us. There is nothing she could have done better.

Overall, the sales transaction of our home was very good. The only stress I felt was from the title company which was absolutely not Tara's fault in any way. The title company agent was really not great and that was just our luck as that company was selected by the seller. Tara really made the buying process great.

My family is very grateful to Tara. We are living in our dream home and we are so happy!

There are a lot of options for Austin realty companies, but reading through the positive reviews of Eric Bramlett Partners is what lead me to cold call their office. The same day, Kasey Gilliam called me and the rest is history. Being a first time homebuyer is filled with anxiety. You can do all the research beforehand, but there is nothing compared to working with Kasey and her extensive knowledge of the market and homebuying process. She listened to what was important to us. She walked us through every step of the way and never made us feel guilty of our endless questions. She pointed out what to look out for. She never pressured us into anything (and actually talked through why certain properties weren't good buys). She has a contact for everything. She always made herself available to show properties either the same day or the next - which can make all the difference when properties sell the same weekend. She sent us comparative analysis of neighborhoods so we could make decisions based on hard facts. And the cherry on top was I genuinely feel she wanted us to find the perfect house. Kasey was so incredible I wish I had her for all aspects of my life. And when we eventually decide to sell the house, she'll be the one we call. I could not recommend her highly enough. We chose Eric Bramlett Partners Real Estate for our first house based on their online reviews, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Within a couple of hours of sending our callback request via their website (on a Sunday), our agent Craig McGuire called us to answer our questions and determine our new home needs. He immediately sent us information on existing homes as well as builders for the area we were looking at, and made himself available for all of our first-time buyer inquiries. We chose to purchase a new construction home in Buda, and Craig was there every single step of the way. He was proactive in addressing our needs, and made sure we were comfortable with the build process. He made us very much feel that we were a priority, and are relieved to know that we now have an excellent realtor when we are ready to make our next move. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home.

I've heard from many people, buying your first house is a nightmare and stressful, anxiety inducing grueling process. Those people have clearly not had the pleasure of working with Craig McGuire with Bramlett Real Estate! My spouse and I were lucky enough to be put in touch with Craig from a referral from a friend, and from our first conversation, we knew he was looking out for our best interests and wanted to make as much of our dreams a reality within our budget. Craig was excited and upbeat and positive throughout the whole process. The Austin market is crazy right now and almost disheartening for newbie buyers, but Craig assured us all would work out fine and squashed any doubt or fear we felt creeping in. He answered every single question we had and gave us a timeline on how things would progress along the way. From the get go when we said what our plans and dreams were, he was onboard and ready to jump on and help us on our quest. WHO just hears some stranger's dreams and plans and springs into action like that?? There are some good real estate agents out there. But in this market, especially if your are a newbie buyer, good isn't good enough. Forget the rest, get with the best, call Craig, tell him your plans and dreams and let his best work for you! I did and I'm writing this post from my dream kitchen island in my new dream house!

All I can say is Jeff was great. We were looking for a condo in the UT campus area.We had received several mailers from area realtors/brokers who target out of state students about the benefits and requirements for obtaining in state tuition. I set them aside and thought about all the advantages of, one, getting out of the UT dorms in COVID environment, and two, in state tuition. Our daughter absolutely loves Austin and knew that is where she wanted to attend. Her program is a 5 year program so we knew she'd be in for the long haul. I found Jeff, and your brokerage firm through a Google search and Jeff promptly returned my call. I had already identified a few properties that were of interest and Jeff was great at giving me feedback since I was out of state. He was readily available to show the properties to my daughter. Jeff knew my concerns with the dense population of west campus and the "party-Greek life", security concerns, re-sale, and our desire to have a more "quite older neighborhood/community". Since we were cash buyers and the property we purchased was fairly active with showings, he wrote the contract fast and negotiated it for us over the weekend, even on a UT game day! I understand his love and loyalty to UT eventhough we are Sooners. When it came to closing and inspection, Jeff made several recommendations of service providers and I couldn't be happier with any of them.He was extremely patient with us since we were out of state buyers and I feel he genuinely looked out for our best interest. He was quick to respond and research concerns I had about a recent demolition next to the property and what could potentially be developed in the space. Although it is too early to tell, he took the effort to research the issue. Additionally, he was able to make contact for me with the HOA which was difficult for me to get a call back. I feel like I could always call on Jeff with any questions. I'm in the banking business and understand the importance of customer relationship and quick responses. I would highly recommend him and your company to any out of state buyers.

Every step of our first home buying experience was amazing due to Chris Johnsons dedication to not only helping us find our perfect home but every step after all the way through closing and now even after helping us find contractorsfor things we want done. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to purchase a home and if we ever plan on moving he will be my first call! Thank you Chris for everything!

She knew exactly how to price our home and, like she predicted, we had multiple above asking offers within a few days. Will MacKintosh was such a pleasure to work with! He was always available when I had questions, returned calls immediately and explained everything that was going on. I had a duplex with renters in both units and he was great about working with them to show the property, etc, so that I didn't have to be there. She helped us find a rental when we were flying in for quick weekend trips to find a place to live as we relocated from out of state, helped us buy our home, and ultimately sell our home. My husband and I had the great privilege to work with Linda Baddour, who guided us through our first-time home buying experience! I appreciated her extensive knowledge of the city as she was able to point out the best neighborhoods that suited our taste. She clearly knows the city extremely well and has witnessed Austin's phenomenal growth through the years.

We found Linda patient, thorough and with fantastic communication skills. When I wanted to see the condo additional times to check for various details (condition of the tiles, direction of light at different times of the day, etc)... she was happy to make herself available. She also had professional recommendations for various repairs we were thinking about. And my husband I never felt rushed -- we went from looking at ranch properties to realizing we really wanted to be closer to town.

Lastly, when we finally put an offer on the most amazing condo, I was impressed when she called us with this update: "Well, the owner had multiple offers... but they've accepted yours!" That's the kind of realtor you want on your side and we couldn't be more grateful for the guidance she provided every single step of the way.

Everything with our home buying process went astonishingly smoothly, from the first call with Craig for him to get a sense of what we were looking for all the way through closing. My husband and I kept joking that something was bound to go wrong since 2020 has been rough in so many ways, but we were both incredibly pleased when everything went perfectly. Craig went above and beyond to help us through this process. Being first-time, out-of-state home buyers, we started out intimidated by the process and a bit overwhelmed by all of the moving pieces. But Craig was there from start to finish, taking as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions, big and small, in a knowledgeable and friendly way. We put a lot of trust in Craig since we were still out of town for the final walkthrough and closing and he exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail, his responsiveness, his standing up for our needs with the builders, and how well he kept us in the loop each step of the way. I know he balances a bunch of clients at once, but we always felt like his top priority and we simply couldn't be any happier with his work. Everything was just that perfect. This was an incredible experience and we're so happy in our new home!
