Working with Lauren was the absolute best. She made sure we understood the process from beginning to end and was always on top of it when there was something we needed to do. This was so important to us as first-time home buyers, because at times we didn't know what types of questions we should be asking Lauren and ourselves and how the process all came together. Incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and professional. As a first time home buyer, he took me all across Austin and North Austin, and helped me in a million ways I couldn't have imagined. I ended up getting a house I am very happy with in Leander, Tx at a good price.
He was very responsive, and discussed exactly what I was looking for in a house and investment property. He recommended a house inspector I was very happy with, and was willing to visit properties on fairly short notice, and staying out fairly late after work.
He was able to point out a lot of flaws in a house that I would never have noticed, and was very down to earth. He didn't push a sale, and didn't question if I was wasting him time. (I had him look at a very large range of cheaper and more expensive houses.) I can be a bit of a nervous person, so I hate the idea of wasting others time, but he was very respectful and open to every house that I brought up. Some of these houses were very important learning experiences as I started to better understand the area, which made me feel confident when I finally found the right one at the right price.
Craig helped me through the entire process, keeping me posted on email, and setting me up to look at houses in a very large area. When he didn't know something (San Antonio Market) he recommended someone else to work with.
I was incredibly happy with Craig's assistance. I'll be using him again if I need to buy another house in the area and have already recommended him to some of my friends. Please consider calling him and look at a few houses together. I believe that he will impress.
Tara was great to work with. To be honest, the entire team was really on top of things and Tara made the whole process seamless. It really felt like a whole team was supporting us and let us focus on other things outside of the immediacy of selling the house. The transaction was great. Tara made good recommendations on the areas to focus on where to concede. Tara was great about being very upfront in regards to her expertise when we were unsure of certain things but would still make it clear the decision was ours. She was really helpful in helping us weigh out the decisions we made and the potential outcomes from those choices.
All in all, it was a really solid experience and an upgrade from our previous realtor. I will happily use Bramlett again.

She is incredibly on top of her email and following up on crucial parts of the home buying process. In a market that is this hot, you need a realtor like Vicki. She goes above and beyond when it comes to these time sensitive communications. Also as a remote buyer she was helpful touring places and offering to show me them via video calling. I have been calling firms randomly to see how quick they would respond. Linda picked up the phone and right away she did the research on the property that I was interested in. The property was complicated, It was TOD zoned property which was new for everyone. But we wanted to know if this place can be turned into a commercial property and after she and I researched together I can do what I wanted to do with that property. I was impressed that the agent would go this far to research with me for this small of a property.
First we didn't offer high enough to get the place but AMAZING LINDA kept in touch with the seller's agent and kept us updated. When the other party's deal fell through we were the first to make an offer. we offered what she had recommended and got the place. Seriously If it wasn't for her proactiveness I doubt that we would have gotten this place.

Abridged Version: We closed on time at a lower price than expected and could not be happier!
Unabridged Version: As a first time home buyer, she repeatedly handed me answers to questions I hadn't even come up with yet. Then for those few questions that did manage to remain unanswered long enough to leave my mouth, she quickly produced either answers or resources where I could find said answers.
Our home viewing tour that ranged all over the greater North Austin area was exceedingly well organized (everything moved quick, but nothing felt rushed). Then, after we pounced on a new construction, Vicki made herself available to help us review the builder's contract and walked through the property with us for the pre-closing inspection. I'm pretty sure she had some magical surgeon in a far-off land swap her human eyes out for those of a falcon, but I didn't get a good enough look to confirm this.
I recently worked with Linda and successfully on closed a property that was a bit of a long shot. We cold called and she was immediately helpful in getting us information about the place, finding out where we could get answers to some complicated zoning questions, and communicating with the seller's agent. We eventually had our offer accepted after several prior ones fell through - this was definitely a case where a good agent keeping us on the seller's radar was a necessity in making this happen. We were also able to complete the deal from out of town, which can often be difficult but Linda made it simple and straightforward. She also has a good network - we've been satisfied with the professionals that she has referred us to for inspections, etc.

Lauren was superlative as always. There's a reason I've worked with her on a dozen transactions or so and will continue to do so.
The transaction was easy as could be. Lauren is amazing and makes transactions so easy. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and even helps to coordinate inspections, repairs ect. We have now bought two homes and sold one with Lauren and all three transactions have been a breeze. Not to mention that both purchases were highly competitive and she was great at strategizing and we got them both. Since working with Lauren we have also bought and sold homes in other states and both times we had to do so much more and it was a much bigger hassle. We often talk about how we need a Lauren in the other states we own in. We actually had a conversation recently about how we may as well keep investing in Austin because Lauren makes it so easy.

Vicki is an incredible advocate for the buyer, potentially to her own detriment- which gives me a deep level of trust and confidence. She was ready to negotiate hard even when we were not, and she talked us down from overpaying for a house (when she could have gone along with it and enjoyed a better commission). We were in Austin in December 2020 for home leave from my assignment overseas, and had been planning to buy our retirement home in the summer of 2021 and just look around in the week before Christmas. I reached out to Bramlett - having had a very good experience working with them in the summer of 2016 (Tara McGuire was out agent then) to buy our first house (also in Austin). Our agent, Craig McGuire, did thorough research that he shared with us, and advised us - without pressuring us - to consider buying then, given that what we wanted would be well beyond our price point by the summer because of the conditions in the Austin market for the foreseeable future. Observing all the correct COVID-19 protocols, he showed us houses that fit what we were looking for, and once we saw one that we really wanted, gave us the advice needed to help us to win a bidding contest without breaking the bank. This was really important, as after putting in our bid we had to leave Austin and do everything at a distance. Craig was key to making that possible. He found us a good mortgage company that qualified us quickly and, thanks to all his efforts and consistent support, we were able to close in a little over a month - in the time of COVID, doing everything very long-distance, and in a crazy Austin housing market. We're very happy with our home purchase, and with Craig!
Barrett Sandefur is one of the best realtors I've had the pleasure of meeting. I know lots of realtors, but Barrett really is a super star performer in a class of his own. The market in Round Rock is really tough for buyers right now, and he found us the perfect home and negotiated a great deal for us in record time. He was always on top of the little things that can complicate a transaction. Great follow up. Just all around fantastic buying experience with him and Realty Austin Southwest. And don't let the Southwest aspect fool you. Barrett knows this city really well having grown up in Round Rock.
Lauren was over and beyond our expectations and was by far the best real estate agent we have had. Her detail to everything was amazing, especially since we were out of state. She is smart and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her to anyone.
Overall the transaction went great, but Lauren was the main reason it went well especially since we were out of state. There were many follow ups and walk throughs for a new build and she was instrumental in helping with those. Lauren did everything well, but especially just owning the whole process and being persistent with the builder. She had great insight to anything we asked and brought up things that we hadn't considered and she clearly had our best interests in mind. We've used many agents in the past and Lauren is above and beyond the best we've used. She was a referral from a friend of a friend and I'm glad it worked out!
Lauren came recommended by two completely separate friends to me and my fiancé when searching for our first home and we are so thankful that we got set up with her! Lauren was phenomenal to work with. She did all of the things you would hope for from a realtor in terms of timeliness and organization; AND she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for everything else! When we walked through houses Lauren was able to use her expertise to guide us to a house that would be within our budget, a smart investment, and a house that does not cause us an insurmountable amount of work.
