Libby did an amazing job for us in our home purchase. She came highly recommended by Josh Hanly, our lender. When I first reached out to Libby, she was quick to respond to me over the phone the same day and proactively scheduled a one-hour video meeting that weekend. Even though we are not first-time home buyers, we are new to Texas and relied on her to explain the nuances of Texas real estate. She has a lot of experience being a seller/listing agent and explained what sellers might find attractive in an offer and ultimately what it might take for us to get an offer accepted in the competitive Austin real estate market. Since we were not local, she took time to take videos of the properties we were interested in and share her opinion. It was really critical for us to understand how much it might take to get an offer accepted, but at the same time understand how much the property might appraise so that we don't have an appraisal shortfall. Libby helped us a lot with her deep expertise in the Austin market. With her help, we were able to get our offer accepted in this competitive market, and her estimate of what the property might appraise for was spot on. We were glad to have her as our realtor. I just want to give a huge shout-out to my Realtor! I have bought and sold two homes, and she is the third Realtor that I have used. By FAR the best! She has gone above and beyond for me, and the house doesn't even hit the market until tomorrow.
