We have nothing but good things to say about Mark Strickland. Partnering with his mother, he assisted us in every aspect of the sale of our home of 47 years. Mark was always available to give us advice and help us with issues that came up as we prepared our house for the market. He even helped with some of the chores of making our home more presentable before the open house days. We had complete trust in him as we made decisions on issues for which we had no experience or knowledge. Carol and Mark were recommended to us by a friend who had worked with them in the past and we will also be recommending them to our friends when they need realtor expertise.

You can’t go wrong with Lisa Roberts! We had been with our previous realtor for almost a year and we had missed out on a few homes that we wanted to put offers on. Unsatisfied, we switched to Lisa and it was the best decision! We had been working with her for about a month when we found a starter home we absolutely loved! With her help, we were able to beat out two other offers on our home. She always made time for us (even when out of the country on vacation), she was very thorough and helped explain every single step and answered every question we had (we had a ton!). We had heard it was tricky when using a VA loan, but with Lisa it was a smooth process for us. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Brandi was amazing. Communication is my top priority and she exceeded expectations which are very high. Due to the fact this was my first home and on a very strict budget (not to mention that homes in this area are selling within a day), I was not expecting quite a few things that occurred. She always calmed me down at various stages of this process, helped me see the big picture and would give me a good dose of reality. Distance was not an issue at all when it came to looking at homes in Kyle. She was always available as needed. I highly recommend her to anyone. God forbid I ever have to go through this again, she will be the ONLY agent I will ever use. Could not have been happier and have zero regrets.
