We were not in Austin when we purchased the home and could only travel to Austin infrequently, but Lisa visited many properties on our behalf and sent us detailed videos and her description and assessment of each one. She seemed to understand our needs better even than we did and ultimately helped us locate and purchase a great home for us. We got an excellent price on the home thanks to her and even got the price reduced after she negotiated with the sellers over a few minor items came up during the inspection. She guided us through each step of the complicated process, and she did it all with an incredibly helpful, pleasant, and positive personal style. We couldn't be happier with our experience. You can’t go wrong with Lisa Roberts! We had been with our previous realtor for almost a year and we had missed out on a few homes that we wanted to put offers on. Unsatisfied, we switched to Lisa and it was the best decision! We had been working with her for about a month when we found a starter home we absolutely loved! With her help, we were able to beat out two other offers on our home. She always made time for us (even when out of the country on vacation), she was very thorough and helped explain every single step and answered every question we had (we had a ton!).
