Tony Girard is an outstandingly efficient and attentive real estate agent who worked with us to buy, close, and move into our new house within a three-week period from when we first laid eyes on the house. We were delighted with the service Tony provided which ranged from formulating an appropriate offer and negotiating on price, to resolving issues that turned up in a home inspection, sourcing a radon test, helping to sort out a title issue involving some setback re-zonings, and generally attending to any errant details required to close and move into the house on such a quick schedule. So thankful we got connected to our realtor Nancy Guilloteau after reaching out to a different realtor company and felt like we were kind of pushed aside.
