Stephanie was truly incredible to work with. Since I was out of town for most of the process, she went above and beyond—taking me to see a wide range of options across different Austin neighborhoods, sending detailed videos for places I couldn’t visit in person, and helping me really understand the pros and cons of each area. She was also a fantastic advocate during negotiations and helped us secure a great rental, including getting a washer, dryer, and refrigerator included in the rent, which made a huge difference. Brandi was the most amazing realtor to work with. She gives you her time in a big way, her advice, her knowledge. She never pushes you toward a place. If you point out something you do or don’t like she just notes it. She never tried to upsell. In this insane market she got me into a contract in 5 days when I had limited funds.

Brandi Adkins is amazing. She understands real estate inside and out. Perhaps even more important for my husband and I, she understands how difficult the process is for her clients. Brandi was frank and upfront going so far as to say- "it's a beautiful house but it doesn't have what you told me you wanted. Are you going to be happy with this one in 6 months?" She was right. She understands all of the social and emotional things that go into where we live based on schools, access to things that matter, distance from work, etc. I would recommend her to anyone.

Here is my honest review of Trey as a buyer client. Trey helped us buy our first home in Texas! He is meticulous, hard-working, loving, and knowledgeable. He guided us on negotiations, handled the bulk of our communications, and ensured we were protected legally. He is likely one of the top realtors in Austin, possibly top 3. My only feedback is that he practice calling out uncool behavior from seller agents on the spot. Ultimately, I’ll take Trey over the other realtors for Trey believes in and upholds excellence, a trait that is waning in this world. I highly recommend Trey for a home buyer; you are in good hands with him. 5 stars.
