I recently closed on my first home, and I absolutely could not have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process. I had no idea what I was looking for in a house or a realtor. I submitted a request through her brokerage and before the page refreshed, my phone was ringing.

From day one, Becky was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. Although I was first-time buyer, I didn't think I had that many questions. I found a home on Trulia I was interested in and figured it would be good enough. After that walkthrough, she encouraged me to explore a few more options. Not 20+ homes that wouldn’t suit me, but a small, thoughtful selection to make sure I found the right fit. And I'm glad she did.

What stood out most was her work after I had decided on a home. Becky's attention to detail and commitment to making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible was nothing short of the best. I'm sure she has plenty of clients, but you would never know with how she treats you individually and the work she puts in. Although I negotiate almost every day for work, she advocated for me during negotiations and her advice was invaluable. I would not have gotten the deal I did without her help.

Sally is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with! I highly recommend her and the Bramlett agency. Sally was the Sellers Agent for my home in Round Rock. I found her to be highly effective, extremely knowledgeable, heavily engaged throughout the entire process, and she achieved optimal results for me. Sally prides herself in delivering "white glove" service to her clients and I truly experienced that from beginning to end. She was a valuable advisor and partner throughout the entire process, yet she always respected that decisions rested solely with me. I really appreciated her creative and unique marketing methods that helped ensure maximum visibility for my home. I had an initial offer within about 30 days and we closed the transaction at about 60 days. In today's market, that is a huge success! If you want swift results and a successful sales transaction, Sally is the agent to use.

We recently completed our third and fourth transactions (buying a new home and selling our old home) with John as our realtor. We have known and worked with John for nearly seven years now. John Crowe was the realtor who listed my home for sale recently. All interactions with John were highly professional and he sold my home quickly. He arranged professional photos and excellent advertising. My home sold quickly with two offers the first day and one the second. In the age of Covid-19 I feared being exposed to the illness but John provided safety items and directed those who were touring my home so that I felt safe. My wife and I decided to sell our 1 acre lot in Del Valle. Yolanda Johnson has been a great real estate agent. She was very responsive to questions and guiding us through the process from beginning to end. When we got to the negotiations we were well informed to make the right choice. We were even presented with a remote Title closing option which we used since we were not able to be in Austin during that time.

Her advice on the contract phase was masterful! During the whole process we really felt like we had a powerhouse in our corner and she kept us laughing too.
