Mardee helped us sell my father’s house after he passed away. She was a delight to work with at every stage of the process from preparing the house to sell through to the final negotiation. We had Nancy Guilloteau as our agent once again, but this time to purchase on older home in our dream neighborhood. She is such a pleasure to work with, punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I think we must have visited the house about ten times before all was said and down.

I don't think we could have successfully gotten through the closing process without her. We had to meet some tight scheduling with this unique/older home purchase experience, but she kept us apprised of the deadlines we had coming up to keep the ball rolling and was a tough negotiator on our behalf.
