This was my second transaction with Joe Gage. He first helped me to buy when I moved from Wisconsin to Texas in 2018. When I recently decided to move to California, I reached out to him again. Whether buying or selling, Joe listens to your wants and needs. He never pressured me but guided me through the process. He was efficient and knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands. Both my buying and selling transactions went smoothly. Joe did his research in helping me set a fair selling price. While my competition set unrealistic prices, my house sold in five days. The other properties are still on the market or have been reduced. I was happy with the outcome and walked away with a great profit. Joe also tends to all the little details and makes the whole selling and moving process less painful. Joe has helped two of my family members in buying and selling. I highly recommend him!

Jeremy Vandermause did an excellent job in selling my mother's home. She recently passed away and I was overwhelmed in searching for a realtor. One of the reasons that I choose Jeremy is that he was going to stage the home. I believe that is why the home sold so quickly! He was also easy to contact and was available to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Jeremy!

Lisa Sterling is fantastic. The home buying process was night and day from a previous experience. Everything was clearly explained from the start and she’s extremely responsive. She walks you through each step. She’s well informed in the market and is experienced in deciphering details of home infrastructure. My Bramlett Partners agent, Julie Stoakley, did an excellent job helping me navigate both a sale and a purchase in this challenging Austin real estate market. She does a great job in identifying economical repairs or updates that increase appeal to buyers on the sell side. Her staging team uses modern furniture and creates beautiful spaces. She also manages tone and expectations with your buyer's or seller's agents so that negotiations on price and potential repairs go favorably. Kaleb is awesome! He is great at what he does, he has a great strategy, he walked me through every step from figuring out what I wanted and what was reasonable. We went out many days and looked at tons of houses, giving his input on not only the nice things but also the negatives as well, he takes pride and integrity in what he is helping buy/sell. Any wall that we faced going through a couple contracts he was quick to help remedy what the problem was to not only help me close but get the best possible deals. Kaleb truly has a great heart even after closing checking up and making sure I’m taken care of, I have huge respect for him and would gladly continue to do business with him. I haven’t used Kaleb as a realtor, but about 8/9 months ago, just after the time change, I hit a deer on my hour+ commute home. Kaleb stopped behind me to make sure everything was alright and to go to pull the deer out the of the road. Can’t tell you about his realtor skills, but was a very nice person to encounter that day.

Kaleb gets to know his clients needs and preferences and puts those needs at the forefront when looking for a home. We looked for about a year before we found the perfect home for us. I've worked with a several realtors over the years, but Kaleb was the best of all.

He is humble, hard working, strategic, patient, and kind.

He did a great job with marketing. He found a fantastic stager - which resulted in a lot more showings than similar listings in the area. He also fully leveraged social media and held several open houses.

Even though my home got listed during a slow time in early December, it was under contract by mid January.

Closing was a bit difficult because of a variety of issues, but Kaleb was calm and reassuring throughout the process.

I live out-of-state, and there were lots of details that Kaleb handled in my absence. He fully earned his 3% commission!

I used to work in title - that's code for I hate real estate agents. I could think of about a hundred negative things to describe 99% of agents. Lazy, entitled, rude...

Kaleb is different. He actually shows up, does things in a timely manner, and didn't try to do any number of weird shady things I have experienced with agents in the past.

Kaleb steered us away from several houses that we were interested in that had big red flags we didn't know to look out for as novice buyers/people with little to no construction or home repair experience, saving us time and money on inspections.

We ultimately went with a new build and he was also able to negotiate a better price and terms for us on top of the incentives the builder was offering.

I'm sure I'll continue hating agents with the very core of my being with the exception to that rule being Kaleb. If we ever sell or buy again he definitely has our business.
