It is our honor to write about our experience with Kathleen Wainwright. First class all the way. Exceeded all our expectations. It is our opinion that Kathleen Wainwright is one of the most honest, hard working realtors we have ever worked with and we have worked with many. She sold our home and found us a new home. Will use her again if we ever move and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who will give 100%.

Kathleen eased us into house hunting in Austin when we were strangers and helped make the whole experience so easy. We thank her for guiding us through the details and taking on all the worries so we could enjoy finding a just-right house for us.

Kathleen is a one of a kind, truly. We love her and would recommend her to everyone. Being a recent transplant to the Austin area, we knew we could trust her judgment and advice on where and what we should buy. She negotiated like a boss on our behalf and had our backs the entire time. She is easy to work with, straightforward and makes sure you are cared for during every step of the home buying process. Even though the deal is done, she is someone we now consider a friend, and what's more? After we had moved in, we hit a few snags with our builder, and she helped us follow up which was invaluable! I have nothing but praise for Kathleen as our Realtor. She took charge of each situation from beginning to end. She definitely exceeded all expectations of what a Realtor should do. I worked with Kathleen when I bought my house in 2014 and she did an incredible job helping me to find the perfect house and close the deal for the purchase (we were in competition with another buyer for the house). When it came time to sell again she's the only agent I considered working with. Kathleen did a great job with the sale, ensuring every detail was taken care of. She has a great network of repair people who were able to do the last minute fixes to close the sale. With this sale, we had some difficulties and Kathleen was able to help me navigate to make sure the sale went through.

Becky was simply the best to work with!

She is exceptionally patient, genuine, and deeply knowledgeable about the local market. What truly puts her in a league of her own is the incredible support she provided during an incredibly stressful time for us. Due to a family emergency, we were out of town for much of the process. Becky alleviated a lot of stress from our end, though, by handling inspections and fiercely advocating for us during the option period. Having her in our corner gave us absolute peace of mind when we needed it the most. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her as their agent; she is unequivocally the best in the business!!!

I can't say enough about Tara McGuire and her team. I reached out almost 9 months before I thought I'd be ready to sell, and she met me right where I was -- no pressure, just genuinely helpful guidance on what to do to the house to maximize value. She helped me get estimates, coordinate vendors, and manage everything from the home inspection to paint, carpet, new light fixtures, and handyman work. It felt like having a trusted advisor in my corner the whole time.

We were first-time home buyers relocating from Dallas and had such a great experience working with Tara. She helped us explore several neighborhoods in the Round Rock area and we ended up finding the perfect home on our very first day out. The home was in excellent condition, but Tara still helped us negotiate over 7% off the original list price and secure a credit toward closing costs, which made a big difference for us. She also connected us with great local resources and contractors, which was incredibly helpful as we got settled. The entire process felt smooth and well-guided, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying in the Austin area.

Nancy Guilloteau did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home in Oak Parke, Southwest Austin TX. She worked very quickly to get us access to the property viewing tools and put inventory in front of us in a matter of hours. Nancy worked all hours of the day, 7 days a week to ensure our experience was meeting our needs and to field any questions we had. We really liked her quick check in messages to make sure we were doing okay. She shared current market conditions and talked strategy when it came to ensuring we were in the best possible position to secure the property we wanted. Nancy was very involved in all aspects of the closing and took great care of us. We're so lucky to have found her and worked with her.

Our experience with Bramlett & Jeremy Vandermause was absolutely exceptional! Being new to Austin, buying our first home, and having a lot of stipulations around where we wanted to live, what kind of house, wanting to have some sort of ADU/income generating aspect, price, etc. , we we're coming in with high hopes, but low expectations that we would find what we we're looking for on the first go-around. We could not have been more pleased with the time, attention to detail, honesty, and insight from Jeremy as he guided us through the looking at houses and eventually purchasing the home we now live in! From the get-go, Jeremy was quick to communicate and listened to our goals and hopes for this first home. As we went through each home, he approached it as if he was going to live there and walked us through his concerns, the work he could see making the space better, and helped us evaluate if it was worthy of investment. We never felt pressured to make any decisions, but felt confident making smart ones with Jeremy as our realtor. As this was the first home, we were novices at navigating the process and all the hoops we had to jump through, the inspections that needed to take place, and the negotiations. Again, Jeremey confidentally guided us through this process with an incredible team and helped us wrap our head arounds the work our home would need and subsequently, get our home at a price that we could not have been more pleased with. Julie was incredible to work with during one of the biggest transitions in our lives.

We moved from the East Coast to Texas with a young family and honestly didn’t know where to start. We weren’t just looking for a house, we were trying to figure out where to build roots, what areas made sense, and what would actually work long term for both me and my wife.

Julie guided us through all of it.

She took the time to really understand what each of us cared about, not just surface level preferences, but how we wanted to live day to day. She helped us think through neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That local knowledge made a huge difference since we were completely new to the area.

She also walked us through the tradeoffs between new builds and existing homes in a very practical way. Taxes, long term costs, resale considerations, all the things you don’t fully think about until you’re in it. She made it all clear without overwhelming us.

What stood out most was how patient and steady she was. There were moments where my wife and I had different priorities, and Julie helped us navigate that without pressure. She gave us space to think but also helped us move forward with confidence.

We also started this process as renters, so this wasn’t a quick jump into buying. Julie supported us through that phase as well and never rushed the process. That meant a lot.

In the end, we found a home that truly fits our family and something we can grow into for years. We’re really grateful for her guidance and would recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re relocating and need someone who knows how to walk you through the full picture.
