I can't say enough good things about working with Anna to purchase a home in Austin. Her knowledge of the Austin market is second to none and she is able to navigate complicated transactions (including investment properties) without hassle so that you never have to worry about a thing! I worked with Robin Deshotels to purchase a condo and it was an enjoyable experience. Robin is knowledgeable about the Austin market and the whole home buying process. It was my first time purchasing a home and she was able to answer all my questions through every step. Also her negotiating skill are phenomenal. She was able to significantly reduce the closing costs and I was able to receive a credit from the seller.

Earlier this year my husband was in final interviews for a job out of state, and we contacted Tara McGuire with Bramlett Partners to start the conversation about selling our condo in South Austin. We did some research about Austin realtors and saw all the wonderful reviews about Tara and they are 100% the truth - she's fantastic!

Tara was so quick to get back with us and schedule a meeting, and she was so informative and helpful even though we weren't positive we were going to be moving. Once we heard definitively that he got the Michigan job, Tara and team worked fast to help us get our condo ready to sell. Her advice at every step of the way was incredibly helpful and made a stressful time planning a cross-country move much easier. Staging, photos, etc. went really smoothly and their timeline was excellent. It did take us around 2.5 months for an offer, but there was a lot of competition in our neighborhood with similar condos and townhouses on the market. We were getting updates each week about how to move forward, when to lower the price, etc. Tara was really communicative throughout the summer when it was on the market and was super helpful responding to any of our questions or concerns.

Vikki was fantastic, I had little time to find a home. Vikki spent so much time with me and answered my email and phone calls right away. Nancy Guilloteau is the best!! She’s very knowledgeable about real estate in general and has added knowledge of environmental issues which is rare. She’s honest, looks out for her clients and getting the best possible placement first for them versus just making a sale. She’s very particular, professional and intelligent. When I reached out to a few other agents to inquire about selling my condo, Kasey responded immediately and next day she came to visit my property to provide assessment. She was extremely knowledgeable about the complication that I had with the HOA and the building structure and confident we were able to sell.
Soon I sign the contract with her, I was introduced to her team. Her team was proactive and professional and extremely well organized. Before I even think about reaching out to ask for, I received periodic reports about market condition, weekly viewing summary, weekly visit report etc. As an out of country seller, this was huge. They even spent money out of their pocket to stage and take professional pictures.

We worked with Marcy and she was fantastic. In one week we were under contract with a great house! In another week, our other house was rented. She made the process easy to understand, which is saying something when you are buying a house. I appreciated how flexible she was and how helpful she even after we bought the house.

After meeting a few other Realtors in our casual house hunt, we weren't very hopeful that we would find the right person. Many were unresponsive, some pressured us to work outside of our budget, and most just felt disingenuous. I did a little online research and came across Marcy. The reviews were positive, and I liked their online presence and database. We decided to move forward with their services and worked with Marcy Dickson to find our first home. She showed us probably 6-8 houses within our price range over a few short weeks. Our budget was fairly tight for what we were looking for, but she respected the budget that we set and provided honest feedback about the houses and neighborhoods we explored. We settled on a house that we loved but had a few hiccups dealing with the seller's agent. Marcy ("went to bat)" for us and really guided and represented us well when she felt that the seller's agent was using unfair practices. We were thankful that she was on our side! Overall, we felt like Marcy took good care of us, treated us fairly and with honesty, and that our first home purchase was successful! We would recommend Marcy Dickson in your house hunt!"
