Despite the tough market and long timeframe of my place being on the market, Jeremy Vandermause made things so much easier all things considered.
He was responsive, professional and trustworthy from the start of the selling process to the end. We ran into some tough situations and his timely communication made things easier to deal with. He shared advice when appropriate and I felt like he was a true advocate for me. He took care of things in a timely manner, which was reassuring for me mostly being hands-off in another state.

When I reached out to a few other agents to inquire about selling my condo, Kasey responded immediately and next day she came to visit my property to provide assessment. She was extremely knowledgeable about the complication that I had with the HOA and the building structure and confident we were able to sell.
Soon I sign the contract with her, I was introduced to her team. Her team was proactive and professional and extremely well organized. Before I even think about reaching out to ask for, I received periodic reports about market condition, weekly viewing summary, weekly visit report etc. As an out of country seller, this was huge. After meeting a few other Realtors in our casual house hunt, we weren't very hopeful that we would find the right person. Many were unresponsive, some pressured us to work outside of our budget, and most just felt disingenuous. I did a little online research and came across Marcy. The reviews were positive, and I liked their online presence and database. We decided to move forward with their services and worked with Marcy Dickson to find our first home. She showed us probably 6-8 houses within our price range over a few short weeks. Our budget was fairly tight for what we were looking for, but she respected the budget that we set and provided honest feedback about the houses and neighborhoods we explored. We settled on a house that we loved but had a few hiccups dealing with the seller's agent. Marcy ("went to bat)" for us and really guided and represented us well when she felt that the seller's agent was using unfair practices. We were thankful that she was on our side! Overall, we felt like Marcy took good care of us, treated us fairly and with honesty, and that our first home purchase was successful! We would recommend Marcy Dickson in your house hunt!"

Absolute max number of stars for Realty Austin and Sally. I went through a somewhat rough process with multiple builders and was
working against a fast-approaching timeline. This was my first experience buying a house, so lots of new information to absorb in a short
period. Sally expertly walked me through all of the different processes and decisions many many times over until I was assured of moving
forward with the best possible decision I could have made. She even set up multiple reminders for me to follow up with
sales/inspectors/building super etc. hence taking away any reasonable avenue to "yell at the real estate agent" for anything.
Sally also provided various contacts for many things associated with the purchase; financing, inspections, and movers. It was critically
invaluable to have her on my side much time as the point of contact with the builder or sales or site-super etc. due to my own work and
travel schedule. Somehow she made it work. She also spent a lot of time helping with the walk-through and follow up and never missed a

Sally was professional and always told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. She knew when to walk away, give me time
to think, then we always did it her way (which was best). She is my niece, and I looked at her as in a Realtor position. When I disagreed, I
usually voiced my opinion but still did it her way. It is easy to understand why she is outstanding at her job. She truly cares about people
and wants what is best for them. I have seen her go over and beyond what is called for to help the customer. I have sold my last two

When I met Sally in an open house, she immediately understood my needs as a seller. Our connection in what my vision was and how

We got a referral to Sally Pierce of Realty Austin through family. We wanted to move to the Austin area to be
closer to our daughter. We contacted Sally, set up a phone appointment, and had a great talk with her about
what type of home we wanted and where, and what the buying process in Texas would entail. A few weeks
later, we made an initial trip to look at houses in person. Sally was helpful and kind, and she provided
