We have worked with Carol on three homes, two of which we sold, and one we bought. For the homes where she was the seller’s agent, we had multiple offers – within a day of listing on MLS. When we moved away from Austin, Carol handled everything that went into getting the home ready for sale, supervised contractors, and even took the trouble to have our ATandT equipment taken to a FedEx office for return! Patti Tauber became a full partner with us in the planning and execution of the sale of our home. She was always on top of the procedures and details for getting our house on the market, from our very first discussion. She advised us wisely on timing for putting the house on the market, on repairs and touch-ups needed, and on staging and landscaping to show the house to best advantage for a prompt and profitable sale. Knowing we would be apprehensive about what was going on behind the scenes in marketing our house, she kept us apprised all the way, easing our anxiety with her reports and explanations. We always felt we were Patti’s first priority. How many Realtors can place a house on the market on a Tuesday and have two good offers by Friday?
Patti worked closely with the prospective buyers’ Realtors and advised us along the way (even though we were on the West coast at that point in time) to mesh the several counter-offers, in order to arrive at a firm sales contract in just days. You can’t beat true professionalism! Not when combined with personal attention and warm, empathetic care for clients. Tens across the board.

Can't say enough great things about this amazing realtor team! From the initial start of getting into the home buying process to close, Jen and her team made this absolutely seamless for us. I recently purchased my first condo and can not recommend Jen and the rest of her team enough. The details…I wanted to write a long review as Jen and her team’s service warrants it… A home purchase is one of the most important purchases of your life, so you need to feel the same about who you are working with to support that purchase.
My wife and I had been living in Austin for a few months, we roughly knew the zip code we wanted to be in, but that was the extent of our Austin knowledge. We talked to a few Realtors, but the relationship didn’t click. However, halfway through our first meeting with Jen Berbas, we knew we had a connection.
Jen’s focus is on the long-term happiness of her clients and how she can aid us in making the right home decision. From our initial meetings on, there was no rushed or transactional conversations, no pressure to sign a buyer’s agreement, no being bombarded with homes to look at. Jen actively listened to what we wanted. Her goal was to make us happy and confident, and not feel rushed and pressured in a tight market, and potentially making the wrong decision.
Jen spent a lot of time upfront educating us about the pros & cons of Austin neighborhoods, the recent growth & valuation of the Austin market, considerations between old, recent, and new builds, weather impact and construction considerations, and walking through the terms and conditions of a house contract and what to expect when we do get an offer accepted. She also brings a wealth of quantitative data to support her market insights.
When we started viewing, we were armed with all the knowledge we needed to make decisions on neighborhoods and houses. Jen was honest about homes we viewed, and it helped immensely to have someone trusted to talk to. Jen and her team are also plugged into all the off-market homes and we were always viewing a home on the first available day, typically at one of the first time slots.
In under a month of working with Jen and her team, they found the perfect house for us listed off network. The home had multiple offers and Jen’s expertise in writing the correct offer with the right amount of option and earnest money was the reason our offer was accepted. In the five-day madness of the option period, she organized all the surveys we needed, either she or her team were there for every survey and helped us with results and next steps. She then helped us counter for a few items that needed to be fixed, as well as negotiating the right price for a short-term lease back the sellers needed.
Jen and her team are nothing short of amazing and supportive throughout the entire process and basically available 24x7 for any questions or concerns. In the end, we found our dream house and made new friends along the way, as we know Jen and her team will be there in the future for anything we need.

When moving to Austin, my fiancé and I wanted to buy a house and found the Jen Berbas team. After some consideration, we decided not to buy right away. Instead of dropping us, the Berbas team amazingly helped us find a beatiful place to rent even though they didn't have to. Two years later, my fiancé and I were ready to buy. Of course we called the Berbas team. Buying a house with them was so easy. They walked us through every process and educated us every step of the way. I was happy with the service Jen's team provided in the sale of my property. She and her team were professional and courteous during the entire process. She set realistic expectations regarding the sale of tenant occupied property, and worked closely with the tenants, property manager and the buyers agent to build and preserve as much tenant goodwill as possible during the sensitive era of COVID. Despite the long odds of finding an investor for a property with a below market long term lease, she secured an offer, managed the buyer's concerns regarding the property inspection, and presented market data persuading the buyer to proceed without price concessions given the excellent value of the property.

Jen Berbas and her team are simply amazing! From beginning to end, every step of the way, they were consummate professionals and they treated us like we were guest executives. Her entire group were all so focused and driven, yet so calm and reassuring throughout a rather daunting process.
We contacted Jen months before we were ready to put our home on the market and she held a brief meeting with us to discuss our plans and needs. She offered us some initial information and then sent us weekly updates for our area so that we could keep tabs on the current market. Jen is very data-driven and methodical in her approach to selling your home, and she can break down trends and current conditions, and explain it all in terms you can easily understand. When we were ready to list, Jen and Kristin went over strategy with us and gave us guidance on timelines and what to expect. It was obvious that they had a well thought out game plan and were leaving nothing to chance. Amadora came in to evaluate the presentation of our home and helped to ensure it was shown in the very best possible light. The photographers they used took some absolutely amazing photos of the house and yard that had us just stunned! Everything all the way down to the yard sign spoke to the quality and commitment they put forth to sell our home and made it a first rate production! We quickly went under contract and again they were there every step of the way to coach us through the process all the way through the closing. Jen's team helped us buying a house remotely as first time homebuyer. It was such a nerve-wracking experience but Jen's team helped and educated us the whole time.
From the get go, Jen's team were very organized, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are also able to work with out crazy time difference across the US. Jen's team are always advised with real data and they sure know the expert on the Austin home market. Rachel Carpenter helped us through the process, and David Moxham showed us the homes and helped with a lot of video recording as we're in the area to check it out ourselves.

We just bought a home in Austin with the help of Jen's team and were blown away by how thorough, professional and helpful they were. We are moving from Baltimore, and knew very little about the area. As soon as we contacted them, they arranged Zoom calls to introduce us to the process, sent us guidebooks in the mail, helped us narrow our search and outlined how each step of the journey would work.
During the search process, they checked in with us frequently, were always happy to visit houses at a moments notice, and got back to us immediately when we requested any information (sometimes within seconds!!) After we had the house under contract, they also arranged weekly phone meetings so that we knew what to expect and nothing fell through the cracks.
David was wonderful - he took us to see houses, was a wealth of information, and really felt like our ally. Jen provided us with all of the market info and trends, and was extremely thorough and supportive. Rachel was crucial in organizing everything for us, and always did so with kindness and enthusiasm. She then stepped up at the last minute to come to our closing when other circumstances prevented David from getting there.

Brooke was terrific to work with. She was randomly assigned to me through Zillow but I couldn't be more pleased with how it all worked out. She was willing to educate me as a first time home buyer and was extremely responsive throughout the process. In addition to knowing the area very well, she brings a lot of knowledge regarding home improvement and helped me to distinguish between quality and shoddy contractor work as we were looking at renovated homes. I ultimately bought a beautifully renovated home but if you buy more of a fixer upper Brooke would be a terrific resource to help you get the home the way you want it. I strongly recommend Brooke!
Brooke provided incredibly helpful insights with the upmost professionalism. I am incentivized to use a realtor for the company I work for, but I was going to buy a year ago and got a mediocre service. After talking to Brooke, I knew her knowledge and professionalism are far more valuable than the benefits I’d get if I had worked with someone else who isn’t as good as her. She provided guidance but never pressured to buy or even pushed for a house in particular. Homes in certain areas another realtor a year ago called “sketchy” with a look of disgust in her face without backing up her opinion with facts (not knowing if maybe I come from a similar place, or that’s what I can afford so her comment could make me feel uncomfortable). Brooke, on the other hand, gave insights on price comps in that same area, quality of the construction and appliances, the soil situation, etc., so we decided not to buy in that area, but she did that in such a professional and impartial way that is quite impressive. Brooke helped us negotiate with the seller and we ended up getting a home we love. She explained every step of the process very clearly, is quick to respond over text/email and her responses are very well researched. I highly recommend working with Brooke.

When my husband and I were ready to buy a house after a year of renting, we met with a few realtors to ensure that we found a good fit for an important life milestone of ours. We had met Brooke at an open house that she renovated. We loved her style, quality of work, industry and reno knowledge, and attentiveness. Long story short, we decided to go with Brooke which was the right decision for us. If I wrote everything great about Brooke, this would go on and on. So here are a few standouts I’d like to share. - She is a unicorn. We found Brooke to be very knowledgeable of all Austin neighborhoods and surrounding areas. We didn’t have a clear area/neighborhood in mind which means we were dragging her to all parts of Austin. And every time, she was able to provide clarity on pros/cons of a neighborhood, latest market trends, key considerations based on our lifestyle, and more. - Brooke was also great at painting the picture of “what could be…” for each home we visited. Obviously, it’s difficult to find a home that perfectly checks off your wishlist. For each house we were interested in, she listed off specific short and long-term tasks and estimates to make it our dream home. This was a huge value-add to our buying experience. - Last but not least, she is easy (and fun!) to work with and extremely dedicated to her profession and her clients. When she was unable to show houses due to illness, she scheduled another realtor to meet us so we could view the houses in a timely manner. She was alway accessible, in-person and/or virtually, and responsive to our requests and questions. Brooke helped us find a beautiful home that we are extremely happy with. And even since the closing, she’s been in touch and has shared her recommended contacts for updates. We loved working with Brooke and would not hesitate working with her again when we’re ready for our next move!
