Craig played a pivotal role in helping us get into our new home. He went above and beyond in communicating directly with our builder on ways to bridge the gap between the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one. He attended each and every meeting with our builder, and made sure to point out areas we hadn't even considered. We felt we were truly in great hands with Craig, and it couldn't have been a more enjoyable or seamless experience. We would absolutely work with Craig again. He is extremely professional, trustworthy and looks out for your best interest.

We had an absolutely great experience working with Jeremy purchasing our very first home. We were recommended to Jeremy by our friends, and we couldn’t be happier that Jeremy was our realtor. As a first time home buyer we had a lot of information to process and always raised plenty of questions to which Jeremy took the time to explain in detail and why it was necessary. Jeremy is very insightful and knowledgable and it shows in his work! Jeremy's attention to detail has been super helpful in the process of elimination while looking through some resale homes. He was always available and on top of things every step of the way which became very crucial given the market conditions. Kasey Gilliam was fantastic to work with both in buying and selling our home in north Austin. Kasey sets herself apart because she truly knows and evaluates the market data, qualifies her client needs, and then works strategically for the best results. She works smart and hard... and is a joy! Her assistant, Kim, is also very helpful, and they both are quick to respond when needed. They are a great team and my only choice next time I am ready to buy or sell in the Austin area.

Shaun did a great job in finding the property within the budget that I was looking for. His market knowledge and experience is amazing. He made the entire purchasing process really smooth and is very responsive on calls & texts. Abby treats you like you are her only client. She moves you through the process of selling (or buying) your home with ease. She grew up in the central Texas area and knows more than most about neighborhoods and climate considerations. Most importantly, she stays on a timeline and keeps the process moving forward. When I couldn’t be available due to my travel schedule for a few critical steps in the process she jumped in to be the errand runner to make it happen. She’s on top of her game and highly communicative throughout the process. I’ve used many agents in Austin over the years but none as personable and willing to get the best for her clients. She has nurtured a strong network of contractors and other professionals she can call upon to assist you in finishing what it takes to get your home ready for the closing process. She’s like a one-stop shop and I was very pleased with her work.

Abby is a total gem! She is super smart, patient, savvy, and extremely tapped in to the Austin market. I worked with her as a first time buyer, so the process was very new to me. I bought my first home on the East side of Austin while working with Zoe Wafelbakker a few months ago, and I had an excellent, seamless experience. Zoe was always available to answer questions (and I had many) and her Austin real estate expertise and interpersonal skills are top-notch. She handled the few minor issues and hurdles we faced with ease and grace which meant the buying process was fairly stress-free for me, and we never had to deal with full-on problems.
