Vicki Duran is an amazing realtor!

This is our second time using Vicki. She helped us buy our first house in 2017 and was fantastic throughout that process. She made sure to keep the builder on target to complete as promised and made sure that whole process was painless and easy.

We ended up choosing a different realtor to sell that house in 2020 and honestly regretted it. I wish we had used Vicki at that time.

When we decided to move back to Austin I reached out to Vicki and she was again, amazing. Because of our busy life and my crazy work schedule, we weren't able to actually go into Austin to find our house. We also ended up seeing the perfect house on the market a few months before we had decided to seriously start looking. In 24 hours, Vicki discussed the pros and cons of buying a house earlier than planned, set up a tour, and the toured the house for us. She then went again with my sister to make sure it was what we wanted.

We had a much more complicated process with this house- a lease back, difficulty with lenders, buying without ever setting foot in the house- and Vicki made it simple. I would definitely recommend her to anyone (and already have!)

I don’t do social media and I rarely give reviews. But after the world class service I received from my realtor, Kasey Gilliam, and her broker, Bramlett Partners Real Estate, I felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve learned that buying or selling a house can be a traumatic event, but it doesn’t have to be. Having experienced real estate trauma before I never imagined I’d feel so comfortable and so confident with an agent’s plan, process, and team. From our initial meeting through closing it was clear to my wife and I that Kasey knew our Northwest Hills neighborhood, understood the market, and followed a process which maximizes successful outcomes. She recommends the best day and time to list by season, by month, by day, by time. She uses the most comprehensive, current market data available to recommend a very narrow price range which is supported by recent comps, thus maximizing probability of a quick sale at or below appraised value. Kasey has a team of at least six individuals who support her logistically and administratively, allowing her to focus her attention and efforts where and when she needs to. Kasey’s broker, Eric Bramlett supports Kasey and her clients. One example is staging. Kasey and her broker paid for staging our house for up to 60 days. How many real estate agents/brokers take on this additional risk and put their money where their mouth is? Kasey follows a very detailed, specific process. She’s a CPA with lots of financial experience which compliments her real estate experience. Kasey made recommendations which I’ve never heard from another realtor which make sense. An example is her recommendation to get our house pre-inspected before we listed it on the market. At first I thought why would I as the seller want to pay for a buyer’s expense? I quickly understood; her goal is to reduce or eliminate as many friction points as possible between buyer and seller. We provided the buyer with our pre-inspection up front and set the conditions for mutual trust and limited negotiations. In some ways we were lucky to get a quick sale in a tight market. In other ways, Kasey maximized our chances for a successful outcome by setting the conditions for success. Thank you Kasey and the entire Bramlett team for helping us and our buyers achieve our goals without drama or trauma!

I had a rather non-traditional home purchase experience, living multiple states away from where I wanted to purchase a home. I was initially a bit skeptical of an agent being able to provide a great experience virtually for me, but after talking with Becky Welch, I was confident in her ability to facilitate my unique situation. She provided virtual tours and reached out to the seller on my behalf if I had questions regarding the videos shot. She was extremely patient with me and my specific price point I was willing to pay - even if it didn't quite match market conditions. Throughout the months we worked together, she was easy to get ahold of and communicated frequently about the market, and when it came time to finally put an offer, walked me through the entire process so I understood every major beat we would encounter. Finally, as I was unable to attend the final walk-through inspection - she provided a very thorough video of the property, complete with issues that she found which may have deviated from when the original offer was made. As a whole, I couldn't have been happier with Becky and expect to work with her again in the future!

Jeremy Vandermause was our realtor when we sold our Austin home in August 2022, and we could not have been happier with the entire process. This was the first time we had sold a home, and Jeremy and his team held our hand through each step. We felt totally at ease that no balls were being dropped. Since we had already purchased another home and moved out of state, this was a huge relief. Jeremy even stopped by our house to work out an issue with the painters we'd hired to prepare our house to sell. He went above and beyond!

We ended up getting and accepting a pre-market offer, and Jeremy went out of his way to make sure we were getting the absolute best price for our house. Jeremy is on top of every task, as well as being knowledgeable and tapped into the Austin market. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience!

Crystal Hirst understands market conditions and how to position. She does her research well and helped us price our house to "SELL". Indeed it sold much faster than our expectation, while multiple other units in the area, and in fact on the "same street", still remain unsold. Ultimately Crystal brought us multiple interested buyers and we achieved higher than asking because of this multi-party interest that Crystal generated.
