I bought my first home on the East side of Austin while working with Zoe Wafelbakker a few months ago, and I had an excellent, seamless experience. Zoe was always available to answer questions (and I had many) and her Austin real estate expertise and interpersonal skills are top-notch. She handled the few minor issues and hurdles we faced with ease and grace which meant the buying process was fairly stress-free for me, and we never had to deal with full-on problems.

Nancy Taute was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad she became our real estate agent. The amount of knowledge she has about selling and buying houses was worth every penny. She is kind, professional, and a great communicator. Nancy answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of them! She helped sell our house for much more than expected and also advocated for us when it came time to buy our new home. We also have to mention that initially we looked at about 15-20 houses with Nancy before deciding to put the sale of our house on hold until after paying off our college debt. Arlene helped us buy our first house. It took a year to find the right place and she stuck with us the entire time. She took the time to get to know us and determine what our like and dislikes were. I can tell she was very busy, but was able to respond to all of our emails instantly (even the ones that we sent late at night). If there was a house that popped up that we wanted to look at, she set up the time and all the information on the house within the day. As we looked at houses she brought up concerns that we would have never thought of as first time home buyers and made it feels as if she was buying the house with us. I have not had any other REALTOR® to compare to her too and I don’t plan to ever have a different one. I would gladly ask her help when I need to buy my second, third, and fourth home.
