Tyson Hombroek was the BEST realtor I could have ever asked for. As a first time home purchaser, he stuck with me for over 2 years as my financial and Austin housing market situation fluctuated and was constantly and consistently communicative with me regarding what I was looking for and what I needed. He spent way more time with me and my family than was required, providing us his own opinions as well as what he thought was best for me. There aren't enough words to describe the incredible job Tyson did and would 100% recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home in the Austin area. By the end of it Tyson felt as if he became one of the family and a genuine friend. Thank you so much Tyson for everything you did for me, cannot thank you enough.

Buying a new house shouldn't be that hard and Molly Parks was definitely on our side when we purchased our home December 2019. Molly was our advocate from the beginning until closing. she was personable, quick to respond when we had mountains of questions, eased our minds throughout the process and most of all, she gave us our FIRST housewarming gift. Ruth was great, and if I had to go through this again, I'd want her, who knows the ropes, to take care of buying and selling.  For selling, it was stressful, especially at a time when the Pandemic level was quite high. We got
through it, though. For buying, since it was new construction, we would keep in touch off and on during the whole
build process. There was a hiccup at the end as the builder wanted to adjust the purchase agreement, but we managed to come through. She listened to me vent out in frustration, but it worked out in the end. I would definitely recommend her if friends are looking to move or buy.

Kudos to Ruth E. Powers with Realty Austin. This was the 3rd time that Ruth served as my realtor. First to sell a central Austin home, buy a downtown Austin Condo, and just now sell the Austin condo. The Ruth Powers I know has been a phenomenal agent/friend in both the purchasing and selling of houses for me. Since 2006, Ruth found 2 great investment houses for me, and negotiated the sale of 3 others that I already owned. But, most important of all, Ruth found the most perfect home for my parents. Last year I needed to move my aging parents to Austin. Almost every day, my parents say how grateful they are to be in the same town with their daughters, and what a \castle" they now live in. The location of the home meant everything to them...nearCatholic church, quiet street, and friendly, caring neighbors. A special celebration has not gone by without Ruth dropping off a plant, flowers, food, or a special gift for them. She has even rearranged her schedule to walk/run with my 81-year-old mother. I am not the easiest person to deal with. In fact, I am awful to work with/for. So, I know she used all her people skills in keeping me calm and collected during all our negotiations. Ruth is more than a real estate agent. She accepted my texts and phone calls at hours of the day and night that most people would ignore. She has always been thoughtful, kind, considerate and patient with me, and with those that I have referred. What some may claim to be a fault...total honesty; others know as a virtue. My experience at today's closing was like all the others - GREAT!

Ruth Powers of Realty Austin is a top notch real-estate agent. I have used her services for my first house, back in 2003, based upon a review of her by a close friend, and she did not fail to disappoint. I was a bachelor at the time, and we bachelors are typically done in 5 or 6 showings. Not me - I made it to 15 houses before deciding. She was behind me all the way, and even took me to a few houses she did NOT recommend I purchase, just to show me the difference of what makes a good vs house. I have recommended her to my friends ever since, and she has delighted them as much as me. Fast forward to now and why I am writing this review no longer a bachelor, and we needed to move. Ruth engaged with my wife and I and helped us navigate the (for us) uncharted waters of selling and buying at the same time. She did so with grace no doubt based on her years of experience, and fought hard for us to be able to close on both deals. We nearly lost our purchase 3 times due to adverse actions on the part of the seller, but she kept up the pressure. She worked with us to make our target numbers in both directions, and was exemplary in all areas. I really can't recommend her any more highly.

Ruth Powers helped my wife, and I buy our new home, and I can't say enough good things about her. Not only did she help us buy, but she helped us sell our current home even though she wasn't the Realtor we were using to sell. The Realtor we were using to sell was so bad it was embarrassing and extremely stressful, but Ruth helped answer our questions for stuff that she wasn't even being compensated for, and it allowed us to move forward to get our new home. Plus, she was there for the inspection of our new home asking question after question that I would have never asked. My wife and I are beyond grateful and highly recommend her

I have used her services before so I knew of her high level of professionalism. But this time it was a compete package, the experience of having her involved in the improvements phase paid off dividends achieving a high level of presentation to this unit; which resulted in an immediate sale and a very well presented and efficient unit for the new owners. She was able to work with my contractor and have a positive impact in the final overall result. She represented her company and the realtors association as a team who care for our needs and was able to produce immediate positive results. Mrs. Powers have the expertise and she was able to take the time needed to produce great results.
