Ruth was fantastic! When we bought our current house, Ruth was the seller's agent and she was never pushy, she made us feel comfortable with the process and was very professional in all of our discussions. So when it came to selling our house, we interviewed 3 agents just to do our due diligence, but again Ruth's professionalism was a step above the rest. During the selling process, we always felt Ruth had our best interest in mind and would not settle for anything substandard and I have fairly high standards. Although there were some challenges during the sale (all from the buyer's side), Ruth fought for our positions and did a great job of insulating us from some of the craziness and always remained calm and collected, which provided us with peace of mind during the process. Ruth is an outstanding professional and we were blessed to find her and work with her. I highly recommend Ruth and can only hope to work with her again in the future.

Ruth Powers is an outstanding Realtor with the highest work ethic and excellent communication skills. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Ruth over the past 10+ years. She truly cares for her clients, understands their needs and looks out for the best for them. She is very knowledgeable and can always provide great advice. In selling our home with Ruth this November, she took the extra effort to come to the house and walk us though room by room how to best prepare the house. She brought in and helped set up her own staging items to make the home even more appealing. Ruth arranged excellent professional photographs of the home and amenities, which looked great in the listing and in the beautiful brochure. In negotiations, she looks out for your best interests and pays attention to the finer details like warranties and HOA transfer fees, etc, and tries to negotiate the most reasonable deal for her client. She is always quick to respond to texts, e-mails and calls and has gone over and above working on evenings, weekends and even on her vacation time if there is an urgent issue to deal with. We always felt like we were in good hands with Ruth as our agent!

Egla and I are extremely happy with all of the help and work that Ruth did on our behalf. These first two weeks have been pretty hectic dealing with the usual moving activities and details. Ruth definitely exceeded all of our expectations and even exhibited a level of patience that was amazing given that I was probably an extremely difficult and picky client. I am glad she shepherded us through the process because this house has quickly become a home that we feel has met every need and goal that we were hoping to get. I couldn't imagine using anyone else now and in the future and I hope that we can work with Ruth again. I will definitely refer her to friends and family searching for housing. Ruth Powers is an AMAZING agent!!! She has helped me through three moves in the past 8+ years and each time she has exceed her efforts from the last time!!! Anyone wanting extraordinary service (and who doesn't) should sign up with Ruth!!! The most recent \above and beyond\ thing Ruth did was, after her car broken down, walk nearly 2 miles in the blazing heat to make sure she got to my house on time to show it to a prospective buyer! Not for one second did she even consider rescheduling the appointment - a mark of a very dedicated agent!!! This is only one of many, many things Ruth does to serve her clients! Ruth has been an agent for many years and knows how to apply what she has learned over the years and continues to seek new resources of information - she knows how to work the market in your favor!!!

The Jones experience with Ruth Powers and Realty Austin has been very rewarding. I was receiving some auto emails regarding homes in the areas I was interested in on a daily basis from Ruth-Realty Austin. When I realized I had a heart for the subdivision Bradfield Village in Buda, I asked Ruth to set me up on the system to receive an email if anything were to pop up in that subdivision. Two days later, I saw a drop in pricing on a home in that subdivision and contacted Ruth immediately. She met me and my husband Brent that same afternoon at the home which is now ours. Ruths extensive knowledge as a realtor helped us get a lot of the guess work out of buying a short sale home. The signing documents online was amazing. I like that Realty Austin is using this technology and that Ruth knew how to maneuver through it and could assist us over the phone on how to utilize it. At closing, Ruth made sure to walk through the paperwork with me, and was looking out for my best interests in making sure payments and language was included in the contract to protect me from overdrafts and delinquent payments. I appreciate all that Ruth and the Realty Austin team did for me during this process. I ended up with a beautiful home, and am very happy with the process.
