This is my second time now using Corrine Elgin (a realtor with this group), once for a lease, and once to purchase a brand new home! Corrine is kind, smart, listens to her clients wants, and does all of it without any judgement. As a first time home buyer, she made it easy to navigate and answered even questions which shouldn’t really fall to a realtor. She was an advocate with our builder and worked with us for MONTHS to make sure we were happy! We got so close my fiance even invited her when he proposed to me in the house we just bought! I recommend her to EVERYONE, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Tara McGuire was a godsend. Not easy transitioning my mom to assisted living after 52 years in her house, or so I thought. Tara took it and ran with it putting my mom at ease. Tara McGuire, you ROCK!

Working with Bramlett was the easiest and best decision I ever made. I was able to work with Vivia Robertson and I can honestly say I was blown alway with her every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Vivia took the time to really break every thing down for me and make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. She was so lively and great to tour houses with. I could not ask for more flexibility. The token moment I knew I had the best realtor was when we were doing the final inspection on my home and Vivia actually took my trash bins out in front of my house to make sure they were empty when I moved in. Truly world class service and I would highly recommend Bramlett and Vivia to anyone.

Jan Daum is a realtor with panache!!!  When you sign up with her to sell your house, you can rest assured she will get it done fast, at the best possible price, and with all the tools in her toolbox put to use.  I’d no sooner signed on the dotted line than Jan showed up with a stager and a photographer.  My home went online with a very classy display and sold over asking in less than a week, and with multiple offers!  Jan did not even get a chance to hold the planned open house.  Jan was with me every step of the way and kept in touch constantly.  I would recommend Jan Daum as a realtor for any property and at any price point.  You will not be disappointed with the service or the results.

We worked with Crystal Hirst and she did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right property for us. Our search initially was all over the place and we didn’t even know what kind of property we wanted. Nonetheless, Crystal was incredibly helpful and patient while working with us to find our home. Crystal would point out all the pros and cons for any place that we would consider and we felt we could trust her. As first-time homebuyers we felt this was important because we did not know what red flags to look for in a property. Additionally, she was communicative and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We were very satisfied with Crystal and would recommend her to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.

While looking to buy my first home in ATX I partnered up with Corrine Elgin as my realtor. Corrine made the whole buying process easy to understand, with so many steps she guided me through timelines and expectations along the way. She always responded quickly to my questions, as well as if I wanted to go check out houses on my lunch break she made it happen. Corrine is very knowledgeable not only about Austin but lots of surrounding cities. She can also recommend plumbing, fencing, roofing companies, etc. I'll definitely use Corrine in the future!

Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn't even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.

Working with Zoe Wafelbakker was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, she made herself available for all aspects of the home-buying process. I could not have asked for a better realtor to get us through buying our first home.

We LOVE working with Zoe, and so much that we have done it 3 times! Most recently, Zoe has helped us sell our house in Austin as we were relocating to another state in the middle of a pandemic. We had so many things to worry about with regard to our move and she made sure selling our house wasn't one of them. Her upbeat, patient and caring personality was extremely helpful and motivating as we were getting the house ready to put on the market. She was by our side throughout the entire process and her expertise and guidance are the reason our house went under contract in 3 days above the asking price. In the middle of a pandemic! I mention that twice because her deep knowledge of the real estate market was everything in such uncertain times.

We've had the best experience working with Molly Parks. She was instrumental in selling our condo in South Austin last year before the market took a hit due to rising interest rates. I highly recommend her as a realtor. She's very personable and knows the Austin market well.

Molly is an outstanding real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to be connected to her through a mutual personal trainer. I had been renting for years, and was interested in finally investing in my own home. Knowing I was a first-time home buyer, she went above and beyond in providing me with a binder and sitting down with me and explaining everything to me. I could take the binder home, make notes, contact her with questions, and she was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge on all the details of searching for homes, putting in offers, and the process of closing. Even when I decided not to buy for an entire year, she not only understood my decision, but kept the perfect distance. She provided me with monthly info about the market and houses within my budget/criteria, but didn’t bug me or harass me at all.
During the shopping process, she was SO patient with me as I thought I knew what I wanted but backed out. I finally got my sweet little starter home at a fantastic price, even though I had to bid against other buyers. Molly was encouraging, always providing helpful insight into each house we looked at, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. She’s professional, very intelligent and knowledgeable in her field, and extremely kind and patient.

I had a wonderful experience with my Agent, Jeremy Vandermause, and all of the professionals at Bramlett Real Estate. Jeremy listened to what I was trying to accomplish and always had solid insights and advice. At the time I listed my home for sale, the market was dropping, and I was nervous as I already had a contract on another home in San Marcos. Jeremy developed a sound strategy and a backup plan to give me the best options possible.

I am so grateful I did not have to navigate this market on my own. Jeremy walked me through each phase of the process and was always thoughtful and willing to answer my questions. Jeremy's strategy worked and I am happy to say I have moved to my new home and a lovely family moved into my former home. I could not have asked for more!

My husband and I used Jan Daum as our Real Estate Agent when we sold our home in Georgetown Texas.
From the beginning, Jan was such a joy to work with. We told her what we were trying to do and she immediately, went to work on making it happen. She was so informational about what we needed to do. Anything from staging, cleaning and making necessary repairs to help the home sell. She explained to Who, what, where, when, and why in every step.
She came by the house, almost daily, to make sure everything was ok and if there were problems, she took care of it.
We dealt with some very rude buyers who were demanding, and she took care of everything we ran into.
She made selling the house a joy and we were very comfortable with her during the process because we knew she knew what she was doing.
We have purchased 3 houses during our lifetime, and I assure you, I wouldn't let anyone else, ever, handle a sale of a home except Jan. We have had real estate agents who were rude, pushy and lazy and Jan changed our opinions of agents. She will get all of our business and anyone else looking for a real estate agent.

It was wonderful to work with Molly Parks in purchasing my first home and an investment property. She made the process smooth and easy (or at least as smooth and easy as home purchasing can be). She was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule and was able to arrange showings at all times of the day.

With Molly's help and guidance, I was able to see a home, make an offer, and have it accepted all in the same day. Additionally, she was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit on both properties to get them below asking, which is no easy task in the competitive Austin real-estate market. Additionally, she helped me get my leases set up for the investment property and provided valuable advice related to management of the property after the completion of the purchase.

I can't say enough good things about working with Molly. She is clearly a knowledgeable and responsive professional who has the best interests of her clients in mind. While being professional, she is also relaxed and upbeat and creates a no pressure environment with her clients.

Jan knows her stuff. She is everything a realtor should be and more. She doesn't just care about selling houses - she cares about peoples dreams, about peoples lives and about matching those to a wonderful house. Her video series is so fun and helpful. And for me, the best part is that Jan still cares about people's dreams and lives well after the sale of the house. Tyson was great! He's been so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, especially since it's my first time buying a home. He was very quick to respond and easily worked around our schedules to see different houses! Whenever we had questions for potential houses he always followed up and found the information out for us!
