Kim and Kasey from Bramlett Partners were a huge help in finding and closing on our first home! As first time homebuyers my wife and I were wary of the process especially with a new construction home, but Kim and Kasey took us through every step and made it seamless. They were even able to negotiate the price down from the original contract. They were on top of the situation, contacting the builder and closing agency as well to make it a carefree closing process. We will absolutely use Bramlett Partners again to purchase our next home, I strongly recommend them!
My first review ever given goes to Philip Myers, who was instrumental in securing a home for us. Let me tell you we started searching and was very disappointed in our search. We were not able to make big offers and with that said Philip didn't give up on us, we spent almost a year going back and forth on different types and locations all not in the area we were dreaming.
Well now we ran across the one in the right area and price range, but again stiff competition from investors and flippers. This is where a great agent can make or break your deal as he has the ear of the listing agent and is able to speak on your behalf. This is where Philip shines, he spoke on our behalf still to this day what that sounded like we do not know, but after meeting the listing agent and hearing her comments we knew Philip had been very good at what he does.
I found Philip to be Stead Fast with his commitment to our wants and was instrumental in helping us land a home that checked all the boxes we had originally asked him to find. He had a tall order as we had a budget that was not very wide in range in seller’s market. Wife and I are very indebted to Philip for staying with it and not give up on us.
I don't give reviews everyone wants one before you even finish a transaction with that said we will be giving Philip our listing when we sell a few years from now when we retire to my wife's country.
Call him have him work for you we feel he gives every client the same attention, he could have just let us fade but didn't that say’s everything for us.

Carson Gallagher has been involved in every Real Estate transaction we've ever done over the last 16 years. We've bought 3 homes with him, sold 1, and rented another. We keep coming back because of his knowledge, but even more so because of the trust we have in him as an advisor. This last search started during the boom here in Austin. In the face of that market craziness, our target locations, priorities, and even our comfort level on prices fluctuated, sometimes week to week. Carson had immense patience in a search that took us all over the greater Austin area and went on for 5 months in earnest. He helped us dodge two different bullets, first when we fell in love with a house that had major issues he spotted for us, and second when we fatigued of the search and effectively settled on a house that wasn't right for us. In both cases his advice kept us from making a very big mistake and ultimately led us to a place that we absolutely love. In the search before that, Carson helped us find a condo in about 3 weeks that we loved for 9 years. The length of this last search was truly a combo of the market conditions and our indecision. I cannot recommend him enough. He truly cares that you find a home that you are excited about. He really listens and works to understand what's important to you. He has a good sense of when to step in and give advice, but gives you the tools to direct your search in the way you want. We're thrilled with where we are, but if/when it comes time to buy or sell another property, Carson will be our first call.
I was referred to Kasey Gilliam through a friend and was told that I’d be in good hands if I were to use her as my realtor and I’m so glad I did! She is excellent at what she does and knows the Austin market/numbers very well. Not only that, but she is fast at responding back to texts, calls, and emails. She has helped negotiate the price of my new build after the Feds marked up the interest rates to ~7% even after we were under contract a year ago! I would highly recommend Kasey Gilliam to anyone!
Vivia Robertson helped us buy our home in Round Rock. She was very kind and professional through out the whole process. This is my second time now using Corrine Elgin (a realtor with this group), once for a lease, and once to purchase a brand new home! Corrine is kind, smart, listens to her clients wants, and does all of it without any judgement. As a first time home buyer, she made it easy to navigate and answered even questions which shouldn’t really fall to a realtor. She was an advocate with our builder and worked with us for MONTHS to make sure we were happy! We got so close my fiance even invited her when he proposed to me in the house we just bought! I recommend her to EVERYONE, you won’t be disappointed.
Really glad that we chose Corrine as our realtor for our investment property purchase. She is a great realtor and has broad knowledge on all aspects of real estate process. Right from the first meeting where she understood our requirements clearly and then she pursued all the way till we get the right property at the right price. As remote investor, we needed someone on the ground who knows the locality very well and she was a perfect fit. Around 2+ months she patiently visited multiple open houses, took pictures, placed the right offer and perfectly negotiated with the seller on the needed issues. Thorough out the process she almost updated us on daily basis. We are very happy at the end. She is always approachable for any question & clarifications even after the deal is done. Amazing customer service. Tara McGuire was a godsend. Not easy transitioning my mom to assisted living after 52 years in her house, or so I thought. Tara took it and ran with it putting my mom at ease. Tara McGuire, you ROCK!
Vivia Robertson did an amazing job helping us find our home in Austin. I would highly recommend her. She is such a kind and genuine person and did a great job at truly understanding our needs and helping us narrow down properties based on those needs. We were moving from out of town and Vivia always helped to best accommodate our schedule and set us up with very efficient plans for viewing homes when we were in town. She even previewed some homes for us and sent detailed videos to us ahead of time to help further tailor our search when we had limited in person time. She is a breath of fresh air and was/is always ready to help us in any way, whether it be pointing out important things to note in the homes we were viewing, helping to wrangle our toddler so my husband and I could focus, or answering our endless questions via email or text. Further, her brokerage has great tools that sent us new properties and information on what homes in the area were selling for, which helped us put together a competitive and fair offer when it was time. This was one of the smoothest real estate transactions we've had and I credit much of that to Vivia and her team! Thank you Vivia!!
Working with Bramlett was the easiest and best decision I ever made. I was able to work with Vivia Robertson and I can honestly say I was blown alway with her every step of the way. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Vivia took the time to really break every thing down for me and make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. She was so lively and great to tour houses with. I could not ask for more flexibility. The token moment I knew I had the best realtor was when we were doing the final inspection on my home and Vivia actually took my trash bins out in front of my house to make sure they were empty when I moved in. Corrine Elgin helped me with my first home purchase at probably one of the worst times to be a buyer in Austin. She was fantastic!! She first set up a call to go over my wants and needs and explain next steps. Then started pulling searches for me. She was very attentive and made notes and actioned on any listings I liked in the portal we worked out of. When I finally found my house, again, she was there every step of the way. Any questions I had, she answered them in a timely manner and even made some great recommendations. I also really appreciated her coming to my closing for support. I want to reiterate I had no idea what I was doing throughout this entire process and Corrine did an amazing job guiding me. In summary, Corrine and I know my situation was a bit unique and we both won’t forget it anytime soon 😂 but I truly appreciate all her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking to invest in property!

Jan is fantastic! We moved from out of town, and she was great about showing us around and researching schools and home-builders for us so we could make the right choice. Jan showed us both rentals and new builds in a rainy, single-day house-hunting trip, and, despite the weather, her enthusiasm never wavered. We have been in Leander for two years now, and Jan still keeps in touch and serves as a source for local info! If we ever move again, she’ll be our first call!

Jan Daum is a realtor with panache!!! When you sign up with her to sell your house, you can rest assured she will get it done fast, at the best possible price, and with all the tools in her toolbox put to use. I’d no sooner signed on the dotted line than Jan showed up with a stager and a photographer. My home went online with a very classy display and sold over asking in less than a week, and with multiple offers! Jan did not even get a chance to hold the planned open house. While looking to buy my first home in ATX I partnered up with Corrine Elgin as my realtor. Corrine made the whole buying process easy to understand, with so many steps she guided me through timelines and expectations along the way. Crystal Hirst is a super star! We started our process in March 2022 when the market was riddled with crazy prices and bidding wars. We came from a much more affordable area and were definitely experiencing sticker shock. Crystal really helped us figure out a realistic budget and the areas that would meet our needs. We eventually decided on a new build but it had some serious delays. Crystal worked to find us alternatives. When we considered staying with the new build, Crystal went back to the builder and got the price reduced (Commiserate with the market softening), incentives increased, and a close date locked in. Crystal even gave us advice on selling our old house (in another city) and she wasn't even the realtor for that house. Crystal has been great and I recommend her any chance I get.
Zoe Wafelbakker was a great choice to sell my home. Excellent advice on preparing the property for sale (including helpful referrals to contractors), setting the price, and all the steps after the house was listed. The very appealing online presentation of the house led to a rapid sale. Most helpful was Zoe’s very detailed and concise comparison of the many offers received. Zoe is highly recommended.

Molly is an outstanding real estate agent. I was extremely fortunate to be connected to her through a mutual personal trainer. I had been renting for years, and was interested in finally investing in my own home. Knowing I was a first-time home buyer, she went above and beyond in providing me with a binder and sitting down with me and explaining everything to me. I could take the binder home, make notes, contact her with questions, and she was so happy to share her wealth of knowledge on all the details of searching for homes, putting in offers, and the process of closing. Even when I decided not to buy for an entire year, she not only understood my decision, but kept the perfect distance. She provided me with monthly info about the market and houses within my budget/criteria, but didn’t bug me or harass me at all.
During the shopping process, she was SO patient with me as I thought I knew what I wanted but backed out. I finally got my sweet little starter home at a fantastic price, even though I had to bid against other buyers. Molly Parks is justly extraordinary! I was impressed with her knowledge of the Austin housing market. Molly was responsive whenever I wanted to see a property.
