I recently helped my son with a home purchase in Austin and was very impressed with Danny De Luna of Bramlett Partners Real Estate and Danny’s customer service and knowledge of the entire process. I live in another state but Danny kept me in the loop every step of the way and ultimately helped my son to find and buy a perfect home for himself in Austin in a very tough market. Danny was not high pressure and was very kind, patient and responsive to our specific needs which meant a lot to me. Danny is a pro!

Will and his team did a wonderful job selling our house in Austin. They provided us with a designer and photographer in order to get our house ready for market. The team is very organized and walked us through everything we needed to do to get our house on the market. They were time efficient and we sold our house over asking In four days! They truly made the process of selling a home stress-free! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I was very grateful to Morgan that he did the research needed to properly price the condo at the price I needed. He was the fifth agent I spoke to, and the first to actually consider the specifics to the location and history.

My husband and I bought our first house with Kasey Gilliam 3 years ago and just sold that house with Kasey this month! Both experiences were excellent. We were nervous about selling, since we bought new and didn't know what the procedure for selling would entail. Kasey walked us through the process and explained everything to us. She gave great advice and helped us to get the best offer possible. We are really pleased with both our buying and selling experience with Kasey. She answered all the questions we didn't know we even had! Kasey now has a team behind her and everyone we worked with was excellent.

I bought 3 properties with Bailey Moran in the Austin area, out of which 2 were during the toughest market conditions (pandemic and post-pandemic era). Prices were skyrocketing, inventory was record low, multiple offers on all properties, then all this topped up with a sudden, extreme mortgage rate hike. This all put us, buyers, in an extremely difficult position. Bailey’s expertise helped tremendously when navigating through these conditions and I’m happy to say that we found some one-of-a-kind, rare gem properties and made good deals despite the hot market. If you want a responsive, knowledgeable realtor and a smooth sailing, stress-free buying experience, I’d recommend you go with Bailey!

Initially it was frightening to think of building a new home when we lived 8 hours away in another state. However, that all changed when we began to work with Tara McGuire. She was fabulous! Tara was intimately involved in the entire process. When we were not able to travel to be onsite when decisions had to be made, Tara was more than happy to do so. I truly cannot say enough positive things about working with Tara and her team at Bramlett.

My fiancé and I were in the market for our first home and had tons of questions, wants, needs - you name it. Patrick did everything he could to help us find exactly what we wanted. He was patient, kind, and super flexible. He turned what is normally a very stressful experience to a very seamless one. We can’t thank him enough. We had the best experience working with Tyson Hombroek! We met Tyson 4+ years ago looking for a rental in the Austin/Pflugerville area and since then, he helped us find and purchase our home 2 years ago and sell that same home just recently.

Tyson was awesome about giving us all the details we needed for each step. He was punctual, super professional and reliable, and was always personable when it came to answering any questions we had. He did a great job communicating with us and the agent/buyer of our home. I felt like we were informed and making the decisions together during the whole process.

Tyson was also extremely organized and had documents ready to go same day every time. I really respected the great communication always. He also provided us with great recommended resources (photographer, house cleaners, inspector, etc.) I would highly recommend working with Tyson if you are looking to buy or sell your home - couldn't have asked for better!

Morgan did a great job in both finding us a home 2 years ago as well as selling our home recently. Was able to get us an offer above asking which is all you could ask for. Me and my wife had a lot of concerns but Morgan was always available to answer our questions and calm us down. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the austin area.a

I had an amazing experience working with Trey Blanco. He took time to introduce me to Austin and describe the different neighborhoods and show me a lot of different options. His knowledge and expertise helped me narrow down what I was looking for, and with his help I found my home! He continued to support and provide guidance throughout the process, and I plan to work with him for future properties.

Lauren was incredible to work with! This was our first time buying a home and the market was crazy/overwhelming. Lauren helped us at each step and made the process as easy as possible. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She fought with us and for us when our builder was moving slower than they should. She was patient and kind to us when we asked her a million questions. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Lauren! I honestly don't believe that you can find anyone better!

PHILIP MYERS has been the best to work with!!! Our family grew and it was time to make some decisions on moving for space and school districts. Philip and helped us find our condo years ago and we knew we wanted to work with him again! He asks questions we hadn't thought of yet and answered questions before we had to ask. When looking for someone to trust in this wild time of buying a home, look no further! Every time I think I'm not ready, every time Philip finds something more perfect than I had dreamt!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Yolanda. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Yolanda, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.

We had the pleasure of working with Vicki Duran - representing Bramlett Partners. Vicki was referred by a friend who she also helped about 2y ago.
We reached out to Vicki and set up some time for a virtual call (we weren't living in Austin at the time). During the call, she walked us through the entire process: what to expect, market & financial expectations, and how long the process would take, also recommended local lending agencies we should reach out to, to speed up the offer & closing process.
We came to Austin for 10 days and Vicki booked those days just for us. We provided the houses we were interested in and she set up the viewings. At each location, she provided us with copies of the full background, details, and necessary specifications of the house.
She was always responsive to phone calls, text messages, and emails between us which made this process much easier.
We finally landed on a house we loved and she was instrumental during the offer & negotiation phase, getting us the best deal possible.

My husband and I were a little concerned when we decided to buy a house, we have never done this before and mostly everyone finds it a very stressful process, but we were very lucky to have Vicki helping us through out this whole time. Vicki works for Bramlett Partners and was referred to us by a friend that she also helped a few years back. We were not living in Austin so we set up a call with Vicki where she explained us the whole process and referred us some local lending agencies we could reach out to in advance to make sure the process would go smoothly. I liked Vicki on the first call, she is very professional, has a good vibe and a genuine interest in helping people. We came to Austin for only a week and half to see some houses and Vicki made this whole process so easy and smooth for us. Vicki not only booked the viewings for all the places we wanted to see in a good order of location for us, she also provided a full background, details and specifications of each house.

It sold ! The pictures were outstanding, like a work of art. I am convinced their staging and pictures contributed to it selling. Will, our realtor, was highly knowledgeable and great to work with.

Will Mackintosh and his staff at Bramlett Partners are the definition of professionals. I needed a real estate expert to help me sell my late relative’s condo, and after a previous bad experience with a different realtor, I was anxious about being rushed into a bad deal. I needed someone who would listen and be patient with me and the probate process. Will came by the property, took a quick tour and sat down with me and listened to my concerns. He laid out everything that Bramlett would do to make my experience as smooth as possible and I was convinced I called the right place. The patience Will and his staff had with me was a god-send. The probate process ended up taking much longer than anticipated, and he stuck with me for 7 months! He always kept me in the loop, let me know what my next steps were, and he even answered my late night texts when I had a nagging question! The photographer Will has did an incredible job showcasing the property and he even connected me with lawn guys and a cleaning crew. The online accessibility to view the property was incredible, it seemed like the property was on every single realty website. Although I don’t anticipate needing a realtor in the near future, please believe that Will and Bramlett are going to be my first call. I truly could not have asked for a better team behind me during one of the toughest and most emotional times in my family’s life. Thanks for everything Will!
