Annette Patterson is the best realtor in Austin. She's helped me buy and sell two homes, and I couldn't be happier with how the process unfolded each time. Finding the right house in Austin can be so stressful but Annette had all the bases covered. She was calm, confident and super knowledge about the market and the specifics of the neighborhoods. As an added bonus, she has an excellent eye and was great about helping prepare my house for sale as well as brainstorming cool improvements for the potential new homes we looked at. Trey Blanco was fantastic to work with. We started our home buying journey in late February when we first reached out. Things got pretty serious only a few weeks later when we started making offers on homes. The first home we went to see had 5 separate parties waiting outside for the open house when we pulled up (it ended up having 28 offers when it eventually sold). Trey helped us to navigate this crazy market (which is even crazier as a non-cash buyer) until we found our new home! Trey is very prompt in his communications and very knowledgeable about the home buying process and the Austin market. He coached me through every step of the way (which, as a first-time buyer was absolutely essential).Did I mention Trey has an awesome personality? He's funny, caring, and honest. I learned that you spend a ton of time with your real estate agent -- so it's pretty important that you get along well. Trey never made me feel scared or dumb, he didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable doing, and he was honest in his recommendations. I can't imagine having gone through this process with an agent I didn't personally like. Highly recommend Trey Blanco if you want to work w/ Bramlett and are choosing an agent.
Annette Patterson made home-buying fun! She was excited to find things I was asking for, found out everything about the homes we looked at, and gave honest advice - she not only guided me to my family’s perfect home, but kept me away from potential disasters. Annette goes above and beyond - when we closed on our home it’s cleanliness wasn’t up to her standards and she cleaned it herself! During the 2021 ice storm, she dropped everything she was doing and found emergency rentals for nurses whose homes were damaged. She is the best, and awesome to work with.

I bought 3 properties with Bailey Moran in the Austin area, out of which 2 were during the toughest market conditions (pandemic and post-pandemic era). Prices were skyrocketing, inventory was record low, multiple offers on all properties, then all this topped up with a sudden, extreme mortgage rate hike. This all put us, buyers, in an extremely difficult position. Bailey’s expertise helped tremendously when navigating through these conditions and I’m happy to say that we found some one-of-a-kind, rare gem properties and made good deals despite the hot market. Linda Baddour is phenomenal! She was recommended to us by friends and I am 1000% happy that we have her as our real estate agent. She goes above and beyond and really spends the time to help you find the perfect house. We only had a small window of time to go house viewing and she was able to schedule 20 viewings in a day!!
