I worked with Becky Welch to buy an investment property. Becky is sincere, skilled, and transparent in her work. She has excellent contacts with mortgage lenders, title companies, and contractors. Purchasing a property in Austin is very stressful in this market. However, with Becky as our realtor, she made it super easy. She took care of all the work, from finding a property, meeting on time for showings, and finding the right tenant for us. I highly recommend Becky if you want to buy or sell your home.

Our agent Lauren Yoder was simply put incredible for us. She went above and beyond for us to help me and my partner find a home in our price range and desired location. The housing market in Austin has been insane in recent times, and we were starting to lose hope on finding a house at all in the near future. However Lauren never lost sight of the goal, and whether it be calling us in her off time to scheduling house tours on weekends, Lauren did everything she possibly could do to help us win bids and close. Lauren was also fantastic as a teacher to us in regards to homes. As first time buyers she really helped explain things we had no clue about. From learning about the different kinds of HVAC systems and water heaters to how certain cracks in ceilings indicate foundation damage to always checking for gutters, Lauren never left us uninformed about anything we needed to know about owning a home. We will definitely be keeping in touch with her in the future for any questions or advice we have with our new home! My husband and I highly recommend working with Craig McGuire at Bramlett Partners. We were lucky enough to find Craig to help with the purchase of our first home and he was fantastic to work with. The Austin market was really tough but Craig was there every step of the way. He made sure we were able to get in and see every house we liked at a time that worked well for our schedules. He had answers to every question and as first time home buyers, we had a lot! He was honest, encouraging and patient. Craig is great at building relationships which is key in various ways, but to name a few-you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend when you’re evaluating a home or making decisions on an offer. He listens and respects what you want while providing great advice. He has so much knowledge of the market and houses in general and genuinly wants to make sure his clients are happy. Additionally, his relationship making provided us great contacts for other home necessities including options for lenders. As transplants in Austin, those contacts were enormously helpful. Kasey has been our agent on both the buying and selling sides and she made it so easy for us—she writes a tight contract and makes sure no money is left on the table. Even once the deal is done she continues to ensure you are well versed on all things real estate. I wish she was moving with us to our new home state so we could use her again!

--Kasey is a consummate professional. She responds quickly, is prepared for every situation, and always makes time for the quick check-in (super important when you're trying to make fast decisions about buying / selling).
--Lastly, we never felt like Kasey was imposing her opinion onto what we were looking for. Instead, she took ample time to learn what we wanted and helped make the appropriate tradeoffs to get there.
Unfortunately, we moved to a different city and have to find a new realtor. Kasey has set the bar so high that we've had to part ways with two other realtors before finding one who even comes close.
Simon Vand is a very personable and professional realtor. Since my dad was a realtor for almost 35 years, I had high expectations for what I wanted in a realtor and Simon certainly exceeded them. He communicated with me well and gave me good advice on the sale of my dad's condo. This sale was really successful because of his help and expertise.

Joe Gage helped me purchase my first home in Austin. I was a remote buyer, and Joe went above and beyond in doing detailed video showings and arranging home inspections to make sure that the builder did everything right in building my home. Agent: Linda Baddour I rarely write reviews, and almost never 5 stars. However, my experience with Linda was far beyond any I have had with other (many) realtors, and I really have no criticisms or suggestions to her at all. She had excellent knowledge of local market, Especially north Austin where she has greatest familiarity. She listened well!! Can't do well without doing that. Showed appropriate homes, and knowledgeable about each one. Very accommodative for intense 48 hours of driving around as I am out of towner. Suggested good bids which were successful resulting in purchasing 2 homes in that time frame. Then meticulously followed up on every detail, setting up inspections, getting amendments, getting repairs, following up, and closing smoothly. I was out of town after making the offers, and she performed as if I were looking over her shoulder. Excellent communicator, people skills and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended her to others where I am and they will seek her out as remote investors, given my experience.
