Linda Baddour goes above and beyond in representing my wife and I during our home building process. She came to every walk through and inspection that I asked to her to go to and was even available while I myself was not able to attend.

Austin's real-estate market is hot, no doubt about that. But Kasey Gilliam of Bramlett Partners exceeded our expectations by a long shot when our house sold for almost 30 percent above the asking price. That outcome was the result of a lot of skill and effort on Kasey's part, beginning with the advice that she gave us about how much effort to put into preparing the house (she steered us away from unnecessary effort and expenses). It went on from there with systematic reminders about the documentation that was required of us, her arrangements for and supervision of excellent preparatory work (pre-inspection, landscaping, exterior pressure washing, window washing, interior cleaning, staging, and photography), her sage advice about pricing the house, and a marketing campaign that resulted in several offers above asking price. The best offer, which Kasey helped to secure, was almost too good to be true. But when she walked us through the details of the offer, we saw that it was solid, and accepted it. There were a couple of rough patches between signing the sales contract and closing the sale, but Kasey guided us through them (with more good advice) and brought the deal to fruition. On top of all that, Kasey is easy to work with, confident, and upbeat. When Kasey represents you, you are in the best of hands.

Ann Nye came highly recommended to us by a good friend who also used her to purchase a house in Austin and stuck with us for over a year during our transition from CA to TX. There are not enough good things to say about Ann without writing a novel. She is responsive, honest, proactive, has a great pulse on the market, has contacts high and low and is more of a friend helping you buy a house than one of "those" realtors. While looking at houses, she always encouraged us to share our thoughts on what we liked and didn't like and made a lot of great outside of the box ideas to give us all the fair perspectives on the houses we looked at. When we finally chose the house we wanted to purchase, she patiently walked us extremely green home buyers through the entire process down to the documentation minutiae from start to finish at all times of day any day of the week. We cannot recommend her enough and we ended up recommending her to our parents and she also helped them find a house close to ours! This is my second transaction working with Tara McGuire of Bramlett Realty, and she has been a consistent pillar of guidance for us during a crazy market in the Austin area. I was looking to buy a property in Austin area and was not sure where to start. One of my friends referred Joseph Gage from Bramlett Partners. Joe has been very kind, honest, patient, and helpful in educating me on the Austin real estate market and narrowing down a few potential areas to look for properties. He then guided on identifying appropriate properties and estimating the right amount to put on offers. After writing a few offers we finally were able successfully purchase a property. Eric was excellent representing us as Buyers. He was very helpful locating markets that fit our budget, and invested a lot of his time showing us multiple properties. Great communication and response time(s) always spot on. His attention to detail when writing the contract is what elevated our offer to the top. When we attended an open house on Halloween he sacrificed his afternoon/evening to put in our offer, ultimately getting us a great house in Buda! Bailey was super knowledgeable and her expertise helped a lot in our screening/finalizing process of the property, She was guiding us to the right part and told us about all the advantages and disadvantages of the property which we where working with her for finalizing. Her nature of suggesting what the right value of the property in the city and what can be offered was the input which helped our family a lot on taking decision. She is very quick on the documents thinks over the clauses which we have to take care. I would highly recommend her for the property purchase.
I researched the Texas Association of Realtors website looking for a realtor to handle an estate sale. After reading reviews of Tara McGuire, I was very impressed. I contacted her and learned her first house sale was in the neighborhood where my parent's home was located. Tara has a fantastic team in place to assist her with the listings. She met with me at the house and waited patiently until I was provided the necessary paperwork to list the house. During this whole time, she kept in touch, kept me updated on the housing market, and was very supportive. Her team supports her requesting pertinent information regarding the house in order to provide the most information to potential buyers. We listed on a Thursday morning, had three offers by noon, and when the listing closed on Monday had eleven offers with all but two being full cash offers. Tara worked diligently to ensure this sale went through as smoothly as it could. I will definitely use her again should I need to sell a house. I highly recommend Tara.

Much like what seemed like the rest of the greater Austin area, my husband and I started looking to purchase a new home at the beginning of January 2021. After spending a year in lockdown in a windowless, run-down apartment, we were determined to take the leap and finally get our own space. We didn't have any real idea of how this process worked but we did have a little bit of money and some friends who had just completed the home-buying experience. Upon asking them for tips and advice, they couldn't stop beaming about the realtor they worked alongside and provided us with Lauren's contact information. What followed was a year-long's journey navigating an incredibly overwhelming Austin market during a pandemic and with a supply-chain shortage of labor, lumber, lights, and literally everything else. We started optimistically and while Lauren matched and often exceeded our optimism, she also brought a healthy dose of grounded realism to the experience and always provided options. Here's the thing about Lauren: she is incredibly passionate about the industry in which she works and her knowledge is astounding. My husband and I both trusted her advice and guidance almost immediately after being wildly impressed with our first phone call.
