Much like what seemed like the rest of the greater Austin area, my husband and I started looking to purchase a new home at the beginning of January 2021. After spending a year in lockdown in a windowless, run-down apartment, we were determined to take the leap and finally get our own space. We didn't have any real idea of how this process worked but we did have a little bit of money and some friends who had just completed the home-buying experience. Upon asking them for tips and advice, they couldn't stop beaming about the realtor they worked alongside and provided us with Lauren's contact information. What followed was a year-long's journey navigating an incredibly overwhelming Austin market during a pandemic and with a supply-chain shortage of labor, lumber, lights, and literally everything else. We started optimistically and while Lauren matched and often exceeded our optimism, she also brought a healthy dose of grounded realism to the experience and always provided options. Here's the thing about Lauren: she is incredibly passionate about the industry in which she works and her knowledge is astounding. My husband and I both trusted her advice and guidance almost immediately after being wildly impressed with our first phone call. Further, she is just an absolute joy of a person and someone with whom we found easy to speak honestly. Lauren knows her stuff and tosses out stats, facts, and homeowner tips so casually and frequently it's impressive. Throughout the entire experience, we felt supported and genuinely cared for. I could continue praising Lauren's professionalism and knowledgeability for days so I'm going to highlight one more aspect of the entire experience in which Lauren was absolutely exceptional: communication. For a full year - Lauren was in constant communication with guidance, metrics, and updates. Having her copied on all of our emails with the builder really made me feel confident that we were going to get the best product possible. Lauren advocated for us in every way and we will be forever grateful that she helped us land a gorgeous new home. More-so, as she's made herself available, I'm excited to continue to have her guidance and friendship as we grow into our home. 10 out of 10. Would recommend highly!

I worked with Jeremy Vandermause. He was great! He was very available and flexible. Over a couple months we ended up submitting 20+ offers and viewing tons of properties, often with last-minute notice. In the end he found a FSBO property that he connect me with. I never could have found it without all his help and work.

I worked with Jeremy Vandermause to buy my first home. Jeremy was so patient throughout the process (which I definitely dragged out as I gathered all the facts). He consistently sent me homes I was interested in and was eager to show them off, and on the odd occasions where I found one he hadn't already seen he always made himself available to walk through with me. He was very helpful in those walkthroughs pointing out home features I would have missed, or providing context on neighborhood. As a native Austinite, he definitely knows the history and cultural fabric of the city and each neighborhood. I started with close to zero knowledge of the home-buying process and Jeremy walked me through every step with clarity and patience. So excited about the home I now own! Plus, he's just a legit cool dude. I always really enjoyed our conversations and could tell from the start he was someone worth knowing in Austin

It's WONDERFUL to work with Tyson!!! We just closed escrow. Tyson has provided a lot of information and clear direction,  make it super easy for us. He is so hard working and efficient, he'd drive to each property for us on weekends (we are not in TX,)  took video and send to us. Rob Gordon was very helpful throughout the entire home search and buying process. We were not living in Austin at the time of our house search, and Rob went above and beyond showing us houses on weekends and virtually to help us in the competitive Austin market. He is well connected in the Austin market, and his knowledge and guidance helped us find a home in our preferred area, put in competitive offers, negotiate with the seller, and close on a great home!

We just bought a house with Vicky Duran as our Realtor. Vicky was recommended to us by our daughter and son in law after buying their first home. Vicky listened to our list of wants and showed us houses in the Greater Hutto/ Georgetown area. My husband and I highly recommend working with Craig McGuire at Bramlett Partners. We were lucky enough to find Craig to help with the purchase of our first home and he was fantastic to work with. The Austin market was really tough but Craig was there every step of the way. He made sure we were able to get in and see every house we liked at a time that worked well for our schedules. Craig is great at building relationships which is key in various ways, but to name a few-you feel like you’re talking to a trusted friend when you’re evaluating a home or making decisions on an offer. He listens and respects what you want while providing great advice. He has so much knowledge of the market and houses in general and genuinly wants to make sure his clients are happy. Additionally, his relationship making provided us great contacts for other home necessities including options for lenders. As transplants in Austin, those contacts were enormously helpful. And finally, we had no qualms when he initiated contact with seller agents. We knew he would be professional, friendly and have our best interests at heart. We really can’t thank Craig enough for all his help and guidance. We are so excited to move into our home!

I've had such a fantastic experience with this company, specifically Tyson Hombroek. He assisted my with my purchase of my very first home (which can be scary and confusing) and the subsequent sale of the house. This process can be a giant headache and very stressful, but I didn't experience either. Tyson checked in with me very regularly and explained each step to where anyone could understand. Simon Vand is a very personable and professional realtor. Since my dad was a realtor for almost 35 years, I had high expectations for what I wanted in a realtor and Simon certainly exceeded them. He communicated with me well and gave me good advice on the sale of my dad's condo. This sale was really successful because of his help and expertise.
