Worked with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Partners and had the best home buying experience.  My wife, Diana, is a realtor in Pennsylvania, so we know something about the process and customer service.  Relocating to Austin can be daunting, especially with not knowing the landscape and areas most in tune with our needs.  Craig met with us virtually several weeks before our first trip to Austin.  His efforts to get to know us and to define initial search criteria was a welcome experience.  We were able to critique many homes before arrival, which allowed Craig to zero-in to our unique needs.  Wow!  Craig produced home showing plans that were outstanding.  He spent at least three days showing homes and was extremely attentive.  We decided on a home that is perfect for us and through Craig's knowledge of the competitive market, guided us into an offer that was accepted first off.  No horrow stories for us and a big thanks to Craig.  A true gentleman and consumate professional.  I highly recommend working with Craig!

We worked with Tyson Hombroek to buy our first home. Tyson was fantastic from beginning to end. As first time home buyers the process is very intimidating looking from the outside but from the first phone call we had with Tyson he helped us understand what we were doing and helped us set our expectations. Tyson was very responsive and really put our needs above all else, he even helped us make sure we stayed within our budget and let us know if he didn't think houses we were looking at were realistic. He was very detail oriented in tours and walkthroughs and drew our attention to things we would have missed. I can't recommend working with Tyson enough, he got us through the entire process al the way to closing on our new home in this crazy Austin real estate market.

Vicki Duran is one of the best realtors out there. She is very knowledgeable, is always well prepared and thorough in her approach. She cares a lot about her clients and infact saved us $$ by helping us bid to the correct amount instead of over bidding. She is responsive and has great contacts to help us close the home. We worked with Craig McGuire and he was phenomenal from start to finish with regards to selling our home. He was detailed and very thorough in how he navigated us through the selling process. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home and in fact we are using his vast expertise as well to build new future home over the next year.

Where do I start?! I asked family for a recommendation and he couldn’t have hit the mark any better. Vicki Duran was responsive and on point from the first inquiry. I am one of those who likes to be conscientious of most things. So I reached out to her months before we were scheduled to fly in. She kept in touch during the waiting period and was ready to hit the “road” when we got into town. She had preowned and new builds ready, but in the climate of timing when we wanted to see homes… preowned were dropping and being picked up before you had a chance to view. So we went after new builds, she tirelessly called sales offices and showed us different communities. Vicki was taking notes somewhere because after the first community shown she knew what we wanted and didn’t want and didn’t waste time with the nots. We headed back “home” and two days later we were sending our earnest money to her. She did all the leg work for us. Every in person and zoom meeting she was there. She did the walk through with us and helped pick out areas that needed to be fixed. Vicki just knows the job, what we as new buyers should look for and what is expected of our new home. She is amazing. She was there from start to keys. I’m so grateful for all the time she spent on us. My hubby does NOT like change and she was good with him, gave him the space he needed while giving me the attention I needed. She can definitely read a room and is not afraid to speak up and advocate for her clients.

Tyson Hombroek from Bramlett Partners did a fantastic job and I had a great home buying experience. He understood my requirements and set up searches and gave me unbiased feedback on the properties , like how fiduciary does. He also understood that time is of the essence when it comes to finding property information such as surveys, plat map etc from the seller agent and writing offers. He met with me two times and even though I am purchasing the property from out of state I felt very comfortable about the area by leaning on his expertise. Overall very professional and nice to work with.

I have lived in Austin most of my life, and finally scraped together the pennies to purchase my first home. Being very frugal with my money, I spoke with a handful of real estate agents, many who were noticeably eager to "earn my business." Joe Gage stood out from the crowd with his calm demeanor and absolute priority on understanding my goals.

My second concern once moving forward, was having a either a "salesman realtor", one who is more interested in making the sale or alternatively the "lethargic realtor", one that doesn't follow through after you take the initial steps with them. These are the things you can only learn about your realtor as you spend time searching for a home and visiting them. I can say without a doubt, Joe was neither of these things.

Joe helped bring my dreams into a reality. He was with me every step of the way, and made sure that we were looking at properties that matched my long list of criteria. If you are looking for a home in the Austin Area, give Joe Gage a ring and at least consider him along with the other agents you have talked to. If nothing else, talk to him so you can set a good benchmark for the "gold standard" in real estate purchasing. But I will say that I would be surprised if you can find a better agent that has his level of experience and expertise in the Austin market.

This review is about Joe Gage, their real estate agent. I'm based in Sam Francisco and was looking for investment property in Austin. I tried out three different agents based on recommendations from different sources, including Yelp. Joe clearly stands out. He's very patient and responsive. I'm not familiar with the area at all thus had a lot of questions. His email reply contains detailed information of the neighborhood, including shops nearby, schools and so on. He regularly screen houses and give recommendations once he sees a good fit for investment house offered at reasonable price. He's very knowledgeable about the area. All his recommendations comes with details around why he thinks it's a good investment and sales/rental data in the neighborhood to justify the price he thinks it's worth as well as the expected rental income. I found him to be very methodical and organized. He's not a typical sales person. Maybe this is because he used to be an accountant. Needless to say he earned our trust and we went with him to make the purchase. I was very impressed through the whole process. He's very calm and never pushy. His recommendation on the bid price was right on and he was very good at following up with various parties to push things through. The process went through very smoothly. If anyone is looking for a good real estate agent in Austin, I'd recommend Joe whole-heartedly. His professionalism and calm personality make him a real pleasure to work with.

Austin's real-estate market is hot, no doubt about that. But Kasey Gilliam of Bramlett Partners exceeded our expectations by a long shot when our house sold for almost 30 percent above the asking price. That outcome was the result of a lot of skill and effort on Kasey's part, beginning with the advice that she gave us about how much effort to put into preparing the house (she steered us away from unnecessary effort and expenses). It went on from there with systematic reminders about the documentation that was required of us, her arrangements for and supervision of excellent preparatory work (pre-inspection, landscaping, exterior pressure washing, window washing, interior cleaning, staging, and photography), her sage advice about pricing the house, and a marketing campaign that resulted in several offers above asking price. The best offer, which Kasey helped to secure, was almost too good to be true. But when she walked us through the details of the offer, we saw that it was solid, and accepted it. There were a couple of rough patches between signing the sales contract and closing the sale, but Kasey guided us through them (with more good advice) and brought the deal to fruition. On top of all that, Kasey is easy to work with, confident, and upbeat. When Kasey represents you, you are in the best of hands.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bramlett Partners, and our realtor Ann Nye. Ann helped us purchase a house in the very competitive South Austin market remotely (from across the country). We could not have done it without Ann. Ann listened to what we were looking for and was willing to put in the time to help us find the "right home". She provided us multiple videos and FaceTime walk-through of properties, and helped us navigate unique Austin issues like impervious cover restrictions. She provided invaluable suggestions, acted quickly, and always made us feel like finding our house was a priority. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home, and was instrumental in ensuring a smooth closing (as well as helping us inspect the property before closing, get cleaning people in the house...) Ann is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and we highly recommend her services if you are looking to buy in Austin.

Ann Nye came highly recommended to us by a good friend who also used her to purchase a house in Austin and stuck with us for over a year during our transition from CA to TX. There are not enough good things to say about Ann without writing a novel. She is responsive, honest, proactive, has a great pulse on the market, has contacts high and low and is more of a friend helping you buy a house than one of "those" realtors. While looking at houses, she always encouraged us to share our thoughts on what we liked and didn't like and made a lot of great outside of the box ideas to give us all the fair perspectives on the houses we looked at. When we finally chose the house we wanted to purchase, she patiently walked us extremely green home buyers through the entire process down to the documentation minutiae from start to finish at all times of day any day of the week. We cannot recommend her enough and we ended up recommending her to our parents and she also helped them find a house close to ours! She brought our whole family together in one fell swoop and we could not thank her enough for all she has done for us.

I have known Tara McGuire for years and just recently had the opportunity to work with her on the listing/sale of an investment property. Eric was excellent representing us as Buyers. He was very helpful locating markets that fit our budget, and invested a lot of his time showing us multiple properties. Great communication and response time(s) always spot on. His attention to detail when writing the contract is what elevated our offer to the top. When we attended an open house on Halloween he sacrificed his afternoon/evening to put in our offer, ultimately getting us a great house in Buda! I would definately recommend Eric to my friends and family. He was always there for us every step of the way. Any future transactions of ours will be handled by his proffesional service.

I researched the Texas Association of Realtors website looking for a realtor to handle an estate sale. After reading reviews of Tara McGuire, I was very impressed. I contacted her and learned her first house sale was in the neighborhood where my parent's home was located. Tara has a fantastic team in place to assist her with the listings. She met with me at the house and waited patiently until I was provided the necessary paperwork to list the house. During this whole time, she kept in touch, kept me updated on the housing market, and was very supportive. Her team supports her requesting pertinent information regarding the house in order to provide the most information to potential buyers. We listed on a Thursday morning, had three offers by noon, and when the listing closed on Monday had eleven offers with all but two being full cash offers. Tara worked diligently to ensure this sale went through as smoothly as it could. I will definitely use her again should I need to sell a house. I highly recommend Tara.
