Linda Baddour is phenomenal! We decided to move to Austin with only 3 weeks before school started. We wanted to find a home and get our child enrolled in school quickly.
Linda went straight to work, she listened to what we wanted and was very helpful in recommending neighborhoods with good schools. We saw about 16 houses in one day because I was on a mission to find the perfect house in one weekend! She was a trooper and we found the perfect home made an offer and had everything wrapped up quickly.
Because of Linda's strong network of people she was able to refer us to for funding and inspection services, we were able to close in 3 weeks.

We had the pleasure of working with Vicki Duran - representing Bramlett Partners. Vicki was referred by a friend who she also helped about 2y ago.
We reached out to Vicki and set up some time for a virtual call (we weren't living in Austin at the time). During the call, she walked us through the entire process: what to expect, market & financial expectations, and how long the process would take, also recommended local lending agencies we should reach out to, to speed up the offer & closing process.
We came to Austin for 10 days and Vicki booked those days just for us. We provided the houses we were interested in and she set up the viewings. At each location, she provided us with copies of the full background, details, and necessary specifications of the house.

My husband and I were a little concerned when we decided to buy a house, we have never done this before and mostly everyone finds it a very stressful process, but we were very lucky to have Vicki helping us through out this whole time. From our very first conversation, Linda Baddour established her credibility in the Austin market. Great insights from day one really helped us build comfort towards eventually making a decision in a very challenging environment. Linda always made herself available, promptly replied to all of our questions with pointed and useful advice (and we threw some quite difficult inquiries her way), and never pressured us into making moves at any point in the process. Even while we were early stage and apprehensive to explore buying further, when we did find a property we wanted to look at or had questions come up, Linda treated us with the same respect and devoted just as much time as if we were imminent buyers. After initial contracts were signed, she walked us through every step of the process each week, resulting in an early close. I was continually surprised at how smooth everything felt despite hearing about other friends/families challenges in that time window. Will Mackintosh and his staff at Bramlett Partners are the definition of professionals. I needed a real estate expert to help me sell my late relative’s condo, and after a previous bad experience with a different realtor, I was anxious about being rushed into a bad deal. I needed someone who would listen and be patient with me and the probate process. Will came by the property, took a quick tour and sat down with me and listened to my concerns. He laid out everything that Bramlett would do to make my experience as smooth as possible and I was convinced I called the right place. The patience Will and his staff had with me was a god-send. The probate process ended up taking much longer than anticipated, and he stuck with me for 7 months! He always kept me in the loop, let me know what my next steps were, and he even answered my late night texts when I had a nagging question! The photographer Will has did an incredible job showcasing the property and he even connected me with lawn guys and a cleaning crew. We selected Lindsey Pearlstein to represent us in the purchase of a large home in Round Rock, TX and to sell our existing house, which was also in Round Rock. We selected Lindsey based upon a personal recommendation, our personal interview with her and our instincts from past real estate transactions. She did not have as many years of experience, however she clearly knew the details and pitfalls of buying/selling real estate from working with her real estate agent father.
We had to endure the stress of placing a purchase bid for a house against five other buyers for the same property. Lindsey has an excellent team supporting her, which was invaluable in selecting the correct purchase offer to make on the new house. Lindsey provided excellent document support and coordination with the seller's agent in concluding the transaction.
The selling of our existing house had its share of major issues. Lindsey provided advice in sorting through multiple potential buyers' offers, as well as negotiating repairs requested by the buyers. I purchased a house with Lindsey in January 2022. The process began a year prior when I first discussed getting into the housing market. From the beginning, Lindsey listened to my preferences, gave me market insights, sent me potential listings, and checked in with me from time to time to see how I was doing.
Actively looking for a house:
When I finally got around to purchasing, there was no delay in getting showings scheduled. Lindsey always arrived on time, was quick to respond to any requests or questions I had, and provided excellent service with enthusiastic delivery.
Putting in the offer:
When we got around to submitting an offer, Lindsey was extremely attentive to any potential gotchas or odd details in the contract. She negotiated the contract and regularly checked in with the seller to ensure all parties were satisfied.
Under contract:
From putting in earnest money, speaking with the title company, ensuring all necessary documents were given to the lender, and everything in between, Lindsey was on top of every thread to guarantee no problems would persist.
Signing day:
Lindsey was there to guide me through the documents and do a final walkthrough.
And beyond:
I had an issue with a faulty thermostat and Lindsey and her team replaced it for free! What exemplary service that is beyond what I could have ever expected.
