When you are trying to Sell your home (likely one of your biggest investments) it is really important that you have an agent representing you that you can trust and that you know is giving you advice you can rely on. Will Mackintosh at Bramlett Partners is that type of agent and he helped us sell our home even after the interest rate hike in August 2022. We selected Lindsey Pearlstein to represent us in the purchase of a large home in Round Rock, TX and to sell our existing house, which was also in Round Rock. We selected Lindsey based upon a personal recommendation, our personal interview with her and our instincts from past real estate transactions. She did not have as many years of experience, however she clearly knew the details and pitfalls of buying/selling real estate from working with her real estate agent father.
We had to endure the stress of placing a purchase bid for a house against five other buyers for the same property. Lindsey has an excellent team supporting her, which was invaluable in selecting the correct purchase offer to make on the new house. Lindsey provided excellent document support and coordination with the seller's agent in concluding the transaction.
The selling of our existing house had its share of major issues. Lindsey provided advice in sorting through multiple potential buyers' offers, as well as negotiating repairs requested by the buyers. The difficulty of this complete experience was minimized for us by Lindsey's persistent attention to details, close coordination with the selling/buying agents and a good support team which had good experience and statistics to support their recommendations. The listing photographs Lindsey produced of our house with its virtual furniture staging in each room (all the rooms were empty) was truly outstanding and realistic. All of the listing photographs made the house look it very best. We would highly recommend Lindsey.
Lindsey is simply THE BEST. We just closed on our house after a ~2 week search and 30 day contract period, and honestly the entire process couldn't have gone more smoothly. There aren't enough positive adjectives for me to describe Lindsey's working style. If I HAD to pick 5 I'd say she is Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clear, Dependable and Patient. She sold me my first ever property last spring and made sure to address every question I had, never making me feel silly for asking it, or not knowing. A little over a year later, when my work took me from Austin to NYC Lindsey made the process of identifying a tenant seamless. Getting into the market:
I purchased a house with Lindsey in January 2022. The process began a year prior when I first discussed getting into the housing market. From the beginning, Lindsey listened to my preferences, gave me market insights, sent me potential listings, and checked in with me from time to time to see how I was doing.
Actively looking for a house:
When I finally got around to purchasing, there was no delay in getting showings scheduled. Lindsey always arrived on time, was quick to respond to any requests or questions I had, and provided excellent service with enthusiastic delivery.
Putting in the offer:
When we got around to submitting an offer, Lindsey was extremely attentive to any potential gotchas or odd details in the contract. She negotiated the contract and regularly checked in with the seller to ensure all parties were satisfied.
Under contract:
From putting in earnest money, speaking with the title company, ensuring all necessary documents were given to the lender, and everything in between, Lindsey was on top of every thread to guarantee no problems would persist.
Signing day:
Lindsey was there to guide me through the documents and do a final walkthrough.
And beyond:
I had an issue with a faulty thermostat and Lindsey and her team replaced it for free! What exemplary service that is beyond what I could have ever expected.

Lynn was a pleasure to work with and was a tremendous help in navigating a tricky market. Her patience was incredibly appreciated as we went through every stage of small multifamily, from house to condominium and back, and was always receptive to new search terms and reaching out to see all options.
She worked really well with the team I chose, and had great industry contacts to recumbent, to make the closing process as smooth as possible. There were surprisingly few last-minute fire drills, and for those that did come up, she was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure they would be resolved. As a first-time buyer, it's hard to not fixate on little things, and again Lynn would make sure that the focus remained on the big picture goal to get the deal across the finish line.

Kasey Gilliam and Kim Jowers were the agents we worked with in purchasing our home in Austin. They are very knowledgeable and couldn't ask for anyone better. We actually met with Kasey last year when we were not sure about purchasing, but Kasey was of great help and gave us great advice to visit the neighborhoods we are interested in so that we get a sense of how the neighborhood feels instead of just looking at pictures of the house online. In a nutshell I met Gina via email on Feb 24th and I closed on my house on March 29th. I looked for two weeks and made two bids. Gina never pressured me or pushed me to bid higher than I wanted which turned out perfectly because the second house was THE one. She managed my expectations about the market and that it would be tough buying. She answered all of my questions and was SO supportive. She gave me the perfect advice and I was able to put in a bid that the seller liked enough so they didn’t even have an open house. Julie had leased our property as a corporate rental before we decided to sell it. She got us a good monthly rate and kept it leased continuously. When we decided to sell, the market was slower than we expected and, although we had a really nice property, we were a little worried it wouldn’t sell quickly or at an acceptable price. Julie’s marketing and pricing strategies were smart though and we had multiple offers we were happy with 4 days after it was listed. She made the process easy and fairly stress free.
