Congrats! Your search for an amazing realtor is over! I interviewed Eric along with two other Realtors to list/sell my home. After calling two prior realtors and discussing their credentials, results and process, my last phone call was to Eric. It was obvious from that first phone call that Eric was going to be the realtor that I selected. After selecting him were able to meet within a few days and hit the market within a week. I cannot say enough good things about Eric, Alex (in the office) and the web tools his real estate firm offers. I went on the market and within one day I had 2 offers, all for at and above list! Through the contract period Eric went above and beyond to provide updates and guide me along in the contract negotiation process. This was my 3rd Real Estate transaction on the seller side and I still can't believe how easy it was!

He was very professional and no pressure. A few months later, when it was time to list our house and get it ready for market, he gave us the constructive feedback I wanted so we could make the business decisions to sell our home. Eric is the best realtor! When we wanted to sell our house we reached out to a few realtors we found online. Eric was the only one to respond immediately and offered the best marketing package. We have closed on several houses in the past and I can say no other realtor has ever provided the level of service Eric provided. We were on the other side of the world while our house was on the market and Eric took care of everything - he was even awake at crazy hours to answer any questions or to give us updates on the progress. Eric always communicates with you so you know everything that is happening all the time. We put our house on the market during the tough time to sell (back to school time) and Eric was still able to get it sold. I highly recommend Eric and will use him next time we buy or sell a house in Austin.
My realtor was Bailey. I bought a house one year ago, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences... Buying a house is no easy challenge, especially for a first-time buyer, but Bailey made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable along the way. We toured several homes together before I found "the one". Finding the time to view homes was easy, and I never felt forced or rushed. Once I found the lovely home I wanted in South Austin (78748), she helped me make an offer and held my hand during the complicated processes of escrow. Thanks to her help we closed in less than 30 days! I honestly had no idea what I was doing, and I'm grateful for all her help. I have now lived here for a year and fall more in love with my house every day. Austin Texas is the best. I highly recommend moving here and working with Bailey and Eric's team! I'm glad I did.

He helped us by our personal home 2 years ago, and since then he's helped us sell a condo, buy 3 more investment properties, and now he's helping us prepare one of the investments for sale. I can honestly say that he's the best agent I've ever worked with. I wish there were more than 5 stars on YELP, because these 5 stars won't seem enough for Eric and his team. We hired Eric back in 2014 when our house was sitting in the market for more than 3 weeks in a HOT Austin market. Eric came in, explained us the process and we went back in the market within 2 weeks. Our house was sold in less than a week. Again we went back to Eric in 2014 for renting our house and buying a new one. Our house went on rent in a day and with the new house he made sure builder gave us the best incentives and guided us through out the building process with inspections and all. Over the years Eric has become a trusted advisor for us on any real estate matters. He helps us extending the lease on the rental property without charging a penny. In one sentence, Eric is THE best realtor in Austin and ranked #1 by Austin Business Journal for two years in a row. As a first time homeowner, I was really lost on where to start (and being from out of state, where to look). I ended up having Vicki reach out to me through Zillow or Homes.com on a house I was interested in viewing. She was quick to respond to my questions and provide options based on my preferences without being pushy. I ended up finding my house on my first trip out and walked me through next steps. She got me in contact with a local lending office and took care of all of the busy work. In less than one month I was signing the papers and in my new home.
