We found Eric through an internet search a few years ago when we were planning a move to Austin from out of state and we are so glad that we did! From the very beginning, Eric and his team were helpful and available for everything that we needed. We ended up purchasing two houses with the help of Eric and that was three years ago. During those three years, Eric has stayed in contact and helped us with any questions that we had (long after the sale was over) and offered assistance finding contractors, etc. Three years later, we just sold one of our houses with the help of Eric and his team and it sold in two days! I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his team. They really do care and when you choose to work with them, you will feel like you have not only found a great realtor, but a friend as well. If we ever need a realtor again in the future, our first call will be to Eric.

I'm not one to write reviews, but needed to this time. I even had to create an account to do so. I recently relocated from Dallas to take a medical director spot with Baylor Scott & White. We decided to move, sell our Dallas house, and buy a house in Austin in about 3 weeks. Despite the short timeline, Eric was able to find us our perfect home. I will recommend Eric and his team for the following: 1. Extremely knowledgable of the area and real state. - Great advise on which locations would have higher potential for resale. - Eric adapts and tailors your search quickly in order to yield great, pertinent properties. His relevant search eliminate time wasted on irrelevant properties. 2. Prompt - Never late, respectful of your time both when you meet for showings. - Timely reply to questions via email, phone, or message. 3. Valuable resource - Helped us setup of renovation with crews he works with at his own properties. - Went above and beyond at the time of closing to make sure it was completed on time. - Helped us arrange the pick up of our keys. Eric is excellent at what he does, it is that simple.

Best experience ever selling our home with Eric!!! After 3 months with another realtor during peak season with little traffic, mediocre pictures, and much frustration. We contacted Eric, after reading his high recommendations online. We liked him immediately as he is sincere, a good listener, and answered our questions honestly, with abundant knowledge. Eric is not slick, but professional and knows real estate from every angle! After listing our home with him we had more traffic during a slow season in the first month than we had in three months with our other realtor during peak time! I have bought and sold several properties over the past several years and Eric is hands down the best realtor ever. I live in Dallas and he helped me sell a property in Austin. I can highly recommend our real estate agent, Lauren Yoder with Bramlett Partners. She is professional, thoroughly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She guided us through the process of finding a home in the area we wanted and negotiated a good price within our budget. The house needed some updating and remodeling and Lauren recommended a contractor and designer we really liked working with. She was a good source for roofer and window company as well. Lauren is results oriented and is great at keeping all the details of a real estate transaction organized and the process moving forward. In preparing our old house to sell she judiciously focused on updating and painting areas of the house that would most increase appeal and implemented well thought out landscaping ideas. The house sold readily for a good price. In the last couple of years Lauren has helped several family members buy and sell homes and we have all been very happy with the the results. Lauren Yoder is an excellent real estate agent.
