I owned two homes in Round Rock and did on line research and reached out to top rated agents. Eric responded almost immediately and followed up with data shortly thereafter. We spoke two more times and my wife and I made a decision to list with him before any other "top rated" agents even got back to us. One of my BEST decisions ever. He followed through on every aspect and assisted in notifying existing tenants, helped with all phases of the reconditioning (helped pick out carpet and flooring) had get contacts to get the work done, got the proberty listed quickly with great pictures, kept us informed on a regular basis etc. We were 1500 miles away but felt like we were selling the house around the corner because we were kept so informed. The first home had multiple offers and sold in less than 30 days and the second home had multiple offers and sold within 45 days.
