Linda Baddour

Linda Baddour brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her real estate career. Originally from the Chicago area, she traded cold winters for the warm Texas sun, transferring from the University of Wisconsin-Madison to the University of Texas, where she earned her degree in accounting. Linda met her husband at UT, and they’ve built their life in Austin ever since. She loves the city’s vibrant character, diverse community, and incredible opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Linda’s background in accounting provides her with a strong foundation for helping first-time buyers and investors navigate the financial aspects of their real estate purchases. Her real estate journey began in 2012 when she and her husband purchased their first investment property. Initially becoming an agent to streamline their searches, Linda quickly realized her passion for the industry and the people it connects her with. Known for her patience and understanding, Linda creates a stress-free experience tailored to each client’s unique needs and timeline.

When Linda isn’t working, she cherishes time with her family, including her husband of 34 years, their four sons, and their new granddaughter. An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring new places and camping adventures with her family.

Why is it important to you to partner with a local brokerage?

I love Austin and its character, and it’s important for me to partner with a local brokerage that shares that same sentiment.

What is your favorite local spot and why?

I love the Brushy Creek Trail. It’s a great place to bike or walk, and I enjoy seeing people of all ages using the trail. It winds through diverse terrain, including forests, meadows, and sports fields, making it a perfect escape.

Is there a local cause that is important to you?

In 2020, I founded a charity to support students and families in the Westwood High School community. The organization fills a gap by providing emergency funds for rent, utilities, medical needs, and housing—support that other entities often can’t offer due to regulations. Helping others in this way has been incredibly rewarding.
