We worked with Lindsey Pearlstein Smith to sell our home and purchase a new one simultaneously, and she exceeded every expectation.
Our home was under contract within 36 hours of listing at above asking price — and she skillfully navigated a buyer who came with some unconventional asks. From the start, Lindsey came prepared. She walked us through the entire process with documentation and resources we didn't even know to ask for, and she anticipated our questions before we had them.
