Lindsey made the listing and selling of our house as smooth as it could possibly be. From our first inquiry, she was incredibly responsive and professional. She was outstanding at coordinating logistics and helping us find the vendors we needed to get our house market ready. Her communication skills were impeccable and she set realistic expectations to help us make decisions on key updates needed to help our house sell fast. Once we were reviewing offers, Lindsey helped us get the best terms possible using great negotiation skills. And when we were under contact, she was present every step of the way helping us get through the inspection negotiations, getting quotes from vendors for repairs, and putting together an appraisal package to ensure the appraisal came back at the contract price. All in all, she made the process smooth and took away so much of the stress usually involved in selling a house!
