She walked me through all the steps of recommending a staging consultant to suggesting people and companies to do the work that I did not feel able I could accomplish on my own. Anytime that I had questions or concerns, her response to emails or texts were very prompt. All of this was very reassuring in the process of preparing the home for listing and viewing. Without her advice and recommendations, I have no doubt that I would not have received the strong offers that I did. My home was only listed for less than a week before I had received multiple offers and after discussing the pros and cons of the offers, with Lindsey’s advice accepted an offer that sailed through appraisal and financing quickly. We spent over a year with Debbie waiting for our home out of state to sell. She had to adjust her searches almost weekly as our needs changed over this period and she adjusted accordingly going out of her way to meet our needs. We would give her a list of homes to see, and she would use her extensive market knowledge to do all sorts of research to give us information on whether we wanted to take the time to look at certain listings or not.

We have bought and sold several homes over the years but have never had an agent that even comes close to Debbie. She is just amazing! She would inspect every home we looked at for things we never even thought about.

We are so thankful and fortunate to have Debbie as our realtor! As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect and we had lots of questions. Stating the obvious…moving is hard. Selling a home is a big deal and we needed someone who would take a sluggish market and turn it on it’s head. Truth be told, we were skeptical that we would be able to sell our home quickly, but Debbie’s confidence and marketing plan won us over.

The movers came, packed and loaded us, and we were on our way to another state, leaving sweet memories, good friends, and our house keys behind.
