Recently worked with Joe Gage at Bramlett Partners Real Estate to purchase a home in the Austin area. I knew after the first phone conversation that I was in good hands with Joe. I needed a realtor with expertise in the Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos area. There were some challenges; I had a limited budget, wanted new construction, and was relocating from the Boston area. Joe rose to the challenge assuring me he could. I flew in for a weekend to look at properties. Knowing I had limited time in the area, Joe made the most of my time showing me over 16 properties in 2 days. His knowledge and advice were invaluable. We worked with Lindsey Pearlstein Smith to sell our home and purchase a new one simultaneously, and she exceeded every expectation.
Our home was under contract within 36 hours of listing at above asking price — and she skillfully navigated a buyer who came with some unconventional asks. From the start, Lindsey came prepared.
